Your seafood pasta looks absolutely gorge! You are such a good cook hun!

Shall we take baby steps this week and try 100% days? Or maybe we should try meal by meal? Lol x

I'd love to see the scales go down again!

I make a syn free tomato topping and then use HEAs & HEBs for my cheese, keeping it a green day for the other toppings

Yes I do make my own coleslaw- I have a few recipe threads that are all called My Wise.....

One is soups, one is salads one desserts, cakes and biscuits.

My coleslaw is (I think) 2 large carrots & a quarter white cabbage - all grated. Then 4 Tblsp Helmans extra light mayo (2 syns), 1 Tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 Tblsp 0% fat Greek yogurt & 1 Tblsp extra light salad cream.

Not been to plan - life is rather stressful at the moment - which is an excuse I guess - but it's also my reality. Work is extremely stressful as is home at the moment .

But I am gonna try again - slowly .

I have a few meals out , so am gonna enjoy those , but also try to keep to plan. My digestive system is completely out of kilter !! I feel so unwell - which is stopping me Zumba - which means the weight piles on - a vicious cycle needing to be stopped!!

Sorry things are tough hun, it's almost impossible to stick to it when you're stressed as you seem to spend the whole time thinking 's*d it, I've got more important things to worry about' and shovelling in crap food (or was that just me ? ;))
Hope things improve soon and good on you for a) trying to stick to plan when you can and b) still going out and enjoying yourself! Chin up chick xx
