My yo yo life

My ankle was fine throughout it no pain or discomfort. Its only when resting I feel it. I hope its not arthritis. I already have osteoarthritis in my right hip. And a bit of rheumatoid arthritis in a couple of fingers on my right hand. Just need throwing out I think. :p

Glad it isn't putting to much pressure on or causing you pain x

I am the same Hun, my muscles are too flexible so they do things they shouldn't, I am waiting to see a physio at the moment as my leg muscles are moving to places they shouldn't when I walk, I am hoping the Leslie walks will help strengthen them in the mean time x

Hi there...again.
I read your reply on the diary I started this morning so I figured I would mosey on over and subscribe to your diary and hopefully we can keep each other motivated.
I haven't had a change to read through your pages, but I did read your initial post.
I, too, count calories..99% of the time. There are days that I forget to log something or I'm out and about and just don't have the time to do it. I have a 'YOLO' day once a month (you only live once) and I don't track ANYTHING I eat on that day..which is probably just as well as I pretty much eat whatever I my heart desires on these days.

I look forward to reading more of your previous entries and your future diary entries.
We CAN do this...I'm sure of that. :)

Mine too. Was sweating twice as much today with this heat. Xx

So 2 mile Leslie walk done. Fasting today. Nephews birthday and will have to go and see him (19 today). But luckily there shouldn't be any cake etc.

Tea will be tuna, lettuce, cucumber, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese and spring onion with a little bit of extra light mayo. Looking forward to it, had the same last night and really enjoyed it. Not had salad for a while so am enjoying it again.

Feel so tired, think its a combination of the heat and the Leslie walk, oh and probably too many late nights. I could actually fall sleep now. Zzzzz ;) xx

I know what you mean, it is so hot, I just did a three mile walk and am sweating lots x

I know its really sweaty weather but I just figure I might burn more calories ;) x

Had my best fast ever today. Finished on 359 calories. Or after exercise -15 :D as always looking forward to breakfast.
