Scales can be the devil! I think I'll chuck the battery from mine in the bin so I only get weighed at my SW class from now on haha. Glad yours are playing the game a bit better now though.

My friend's mum swears by the 5:2 diet! Seems to work for quite a lot of folk x

Scales are definitely the work of the devil. I don't have anywhere near me that does weigh in so I will have to keep mine. But I will not let them dictate my day :) x

My legs felt like jelly after the walk earlier. It is definitely a proper good workout! x
 
It feels so good to do it and in the privacy of my own home. No poor person has to witness it ;)

Not really overly hungry today. Which is always a good for me.

Breakfast : yummy bacon butties

Lunch : knorr quick lunch mashed potato

Tea : quorn mince, courgette, mushrooms, stand and stuff tacos, ww tikka sauce and cottage cheese.

Tea is same as yesterday but I really enjoyed it.

Snacks golden wonder onion rings and a freddo bar.

Ok so actually looks quite a lot really. But have not felt starving and wanting to eat all day like I used to.

I have still been really good today. Where as before I used to relax on a Saturday. In a way I still have as we (hubby and me) went to costa but shared marshmallow and rice crispy bites ( which before I would have eaten by myself) and I had to leave half of my mocha latte as I was to full!! Too full on coffee who would have thought it!!

Breakfast : sausage butty

Lunch : costa mocha latte and 3 crispy bites

Tea : pizza

Snacks : chocolate buttons and chewits

Snacks are a maybe will see how I feel later.

What is happening to me ;)

I think (& you know this I think) that it can be your relaxed weekends that cause you a problem as it's getting back in to it xz
