Thanks Mandy & Izzy. I have been to other slimming world clubs an never have been out like that before. I don`t think all the clubs do it, it takes a bit or organising.
A SW consultant who know my consultant knows the chef too which helps.
We all enjoyed it. Can`t wait for the next time.

SATURDAY 29TH JUNE EXTRA EASY

hexa 350ml skim milk
hexb 2 slices wholemeal bread

B: 2 eggs on a tin baked beans on 3 toast h/e +(2.1/2 syns)
late breakfast around 11.30

S: banana.

D: trimmed pork chop, cauli, brocolli, carrot & swede mashed together.
around 250g boiled potato
Stuffing gravy for 2 made with oxo cubes, 20g bisto powder and 20g dry stuffing,
that comes to 4syns so for me it will be (2syns)

Jelly & strawberrys (1.1/2 syns) I probably won`t have it all
Natural yogurt.

Ham sarni 3 bread 7 1/2
piccalilli 1/2

syns - gravy 2 .1/2
bread - 10
jelly 1.1/2
pickle 1/2

h/e potato chips

rest of jelly with yogurt

I don`t know why I had that ham & cheese and pears & fromage frais last night. I wasn`t hungry just wanted to eat. I know it was all free but 4 slices ham with philly spread over them and 2 pears with loads fromage frais. Really not necessary. I can`t to anything about it now, however if I went to bed at a decent time and didn`t fiddle with computer until 1am or later maybe I wouldn`t do it.
Not gonna beat myself up over it but try not to have so much past dinner time. Just the pears would have been ok.

Reading over this it seems a fuss about nothing, but I wasn`t hungry and I want to lose more weight.
Feel better when writing it down, feels like I am confessing to all of you cause I feel bad about it
 
TUESDAY 2ND JULY RED DAY

(I love potato & parsnip mash)

NOT HAVING THIS DINNER NOW DUE TO UPSET TUMMY. It hurts.:cry:
will see how I feel later :)

Had a grilled chicken breast about 8.30 with a little potato & a few processed peas.

As midnight snacks go you're an amateur!
If I get the munchies I tend to have a whole 8 pack of kit-kats - but that was the old me lol.
Don't beat yourself up about it, you're doing really well x
 
Thanks both of you. I used to go down to the local co-op, who are open until at least 10 maybe 11, and buy 6 chocolate bars and maybe cakes or rolls if there was any on offer. No more tho.
Stick to superfree, yes thats got to be the best thing Izzy if I have to snack.

Just been down the local garden centre with a friend and had cups of tea. Popped into the co-op and had to leave my shopping with my friend and race home to the loo. I have got a bad stomach. Feels like a bug. Gonna sit & watch the tele. Was going to buy a Sat Nav but my son is going to get it for me now (they are on offer in Halfords).

Woke up not feeling my best, should have listened to my body especially when it came to lunch. Didn`t really want anything but knew if going out I should eat. Never mind a lazy afternoon and maybe a change of plan for food later.:sign0137:
