I must say I am enjoying my meals more than usual. Must stick to this when I start going back to looking after the grandkids very soon and Mondays & wednesday so distance away. So must plan when that comes along.

Well they are not in the right order but are on there. May play again another time.

I had lost 2 1/2 stone previously so I put it on there even tho at present I have lost 2st 6lb. I did earn it once and hopefully again next week. Thanks for your help.xxxx
 
yay for sticky's :) I've yet to earn anything other than body magic :(

I have been doing this for a longtime Izzy. About 3.1/2 yrs. Up and down like a yoyo. I think I got the bronze body mgic but need to start that again. I walk every day about 1/2 hr but not really quick enough to make my heart brat a lot.
I`ll leave that task to Steve McQueen & others. ;) How are things going with you. You will get some soon.
 
Going out for a meal with slimming club tonight so ee day. It will be at the local golf club and the chef is a family member of one of the local consultants. Therefore everything done the Slimming World way. I decided not to have fruit for dessert and to live dangerously and have a very small portion of cheesecake ;) Will let you know what is was like.

My visitor D-in-law Mum will have to sort herself out tonight. She coming at 5 and will fetch half the fridge with her as if for a week. She is going home Sunday. If weekend runs to course it will probably been indian takeaway Saturday.

FRIDAY 28TH JUNE EXTRA EASY DAY.

hexa 350ml milk
hexb 2 sl wholemeal bread

B: 2eggs toms mushroom
1 xtra bread (2.1/2syns)

L: Jacket spud with sliced onion tomato & mush.

S: jelly/strawberries & yog (2.1/2 syns)

D: Starter : tomato & basil soup
Main : Sea bass with vegetables (sw style)
Dessert : Cheese cake (portion will be sw measured)

Drinks in restaurant will be diet something and tap water. (driving or may have had wine)

Syns so far then is 5
Chef did put a little olive oil here and there. don`t know how much cheese cake was so am going to cound it all as 15syns.

Thanks We had a great time and are going to do it again. I am feeling quite positive at the moment.
