Somebody gave me a reputation comment. Thank you whoever it was. I don`t know how to do those.
I don't even know what one of those is! X

I had eight hours in bed and didn`t wake all night. I would have stayed longer but my body is aching all over. I suppose some of it was the walking between stations and one particular part was a long walk from tube down to the hospital. Body magic.
The tests I had yesterday were nerve conductive tests where they send little electrical pulses through parts of your body. Some of it was a little painful but only lasted a second or two.
The other bit sounds awful but was ok. Long thin needles put into your muscle so they see the way it reacts on a screen. The doc did these in my legs, arms neck and back. It did not hurt but my muscles started to ache quite quickly.
Today - as I said my whole body aches especially upper arms neck and calves.
I have my other appointment and I am not sure whether to rest today and take pain killers or to move more to maybe ease the muscles. Any ideas?
The good thing is the condition they were looking for - which my sister has - I do not have. That I am extremely pleased about.
This is going to be another day on plan. I have 3 days to correct the rubbish I have had. I will resist syns like mad.
I have had 10 on plan days out of 12 this month but 2 dodgy days in one week. Not good.
Hope you all have a good day today. An on plan day of course.
Afternoon Upndown. I wonder if you managed to do an SP day today.
Take care. Love Doreen xxx
Yes you probably earned some body magic but I suspect the aching is from the nerve tests, if it made your muscles ache at the time, today it will be like the after effect of a lot of exercising. It may be a bit late now but if it were me, I'd do some gentle movement, more than keeping still but you could take the painkillers as well. For stiff muscles, they recommend alternate heat and cold, so you could try compresses if you have any bad aches.
Its really good that you now know for sure that you don't have that condition, one less thing to worry about and that can only be a good thing. Its not really surprising that you had a bit of a blowout this week, with two hospital appointments to wonder about but it wasn't major and I'm sure you can still turn it around, if you're on plan till weigh in. Even if its a STS, you've had good losses recently and a week 'on hold' won't be the end of the world. Just make sure none of those naughty rolls find their way into your house!
Hope you've had a restful day to give yourself a chance to recover and that you get another good sleep tonight. xx
When you log onto minis sometimes there are notifications. Usually `likes` Well one of mine was `reputation comment`. You don`t know who it comes from but I think it is for when people find you say `inspiring` helpful or something like that. I found out how to do it. If you look on an entry someone has put on thread, at the bottom left of the page there is a star and a triangle.. If you click on the star of that persons post you can put a comment for that person. Usually something nice. The triangle says `report post` which I guess means if there is something bad on it, like bad language or something like that. Hope that helps Serena
What a lovely post Linda. I have done a fair bit of moving today, including a little trot around Tesco. No rolls though.
I have just spoken to the sister that has the condition that I didn`t want and she was over the moon when I told her. She was in London too as it happens and has spent most of today in bed. Poor Val,
I am planning to take a sarnie with me for tomorrows appointment in case it is needed. and a banana or two. Just enough to keep the sugars steady if I am there a while.
I did enjoy the coffee Cloudy.
Kathy, I used to take nytol and have in the past had night nurse too.
I get so tired, don`t know why, then fall asleep in chair around 7pm for say an hour and then cannot sleep.
Will fill you all in on the tests tomorrow. Very weird.

Have just had a couple of phone calls, one from Flynn and one from Faye, Flynn said his Mum just put the phone in his hand but we found quite a lot to talk about including he has started Kungfoo. Same as his sister but in different classes. Faye had loads to talk about and, we had a lovely chat and a laugh. They are both so lovely. I must get my son to put a picture of them on here next time I visit. Well, having a coffee then bed shortly. Hospital for 10am. Only 30mins in the car so not too bad. Night all, and you to Upndown.
Fab Day Is spaghetti free? X
It is free Serene. I usually only have a couple of tablespoons with a couple of eggs. No superfree on the breakfast but very rarely do anyway.
Good Luck for the hospital x

I only bought them because I thought it would be easier for the hospital. I did put the other 4 in the freezer but it don`t take long to defrost them. It would help me if you could buy one or two soft rolls, but they are always in sixes. Anyway as you say it is done. I didn`t have a bad day today as I ate all the rolls last night. Not gonna buy anymore.
Time getting on so off to bed. Goodnight.
