Well it's confession time for me - we went to the pub tonight for evening meal - all my plans for being on plan went down the pan - how silly to do that on the night b4 WI!!?? The rest of the day was fine (and most of the week altho' I suffer from food amnesia at times

Brunch: heb bread, 2 rashers lean bacon, egg, ketchup 1 syn, orange
D: child's portion of battered fish!!! chips!!! mushy peas, then an adult portion of a waffle and toffee sauce - lovely but zillions of syns!!

Well I will have a good day 2moro - plan to make a pan of soup - then Sat and Sun shd be ok - but off to London for 4 nights on Monday - not sure how I'll be there?? Perhaps they'd lock me up in the Tower at meal times? We don't usually go away this often but I bought this trip for hubby's Christmas present.
I'd already decided to re-join SW a week on Tuesday - need to do something to get me back on track!! And I'm hoping to get to goal and have someone keeping an eye on me and I won't have to pay either - but that seems a long way off right now!
