2 eggs on Toast & a banana

Went for a walk & had coffee at the cafe.

Snack
1 banana 3 scan bran mullerlite glass water

Dinner
Minced beef with carrots & onions oxo cubes
Greens & brocolli. Boiled spud
-----I have weighed 20g of pastry mix and am going to put it on the minced beef which I have put in a small pie dish--it was ok but so thin not worth 3 syns.
Rice - frozen red berries & cherry muller.

2 breadm ham and pickle

Thank you all. I was up at 5am Mandy. Went to bed at 9pm last night cause I kept wanting to eat.

Well I lost 1.1/2 lbs I am pleased to say. :)

Next week am going to weigh in on Thursday as I go to zumba Friday and want to stay to end of meetings.
They always ask what you would like to lose for next week - I am going for 1lb - anything more a bonus

Sunday 4th January

Went to see my older brother today as it is his birthday. Disaster.

2 bacon rolls, both white bread no butter
His young granddaughter - my great neice came in with a chocolate cake and a music candle so we could sing happy birthday. I had a small piece or she would have been upset. Then - bless her - she asked if she could make me a hot chocolate on their new machine - She look upset when said another time - so had one.

No idea how many syns that all is. I believe that I should start counting from lunch today but keep the syns for the rest of the week to no more than 10 per day and less if possible. If I restrict myself to 5 - well I don`t think I can.

Was gonna have a jacket spud for lunch, but too late to do it now. I wll have it tonight with some savoury mince left in the fridge and salad with fruit & yogurt after.

Am hungry now but don`t know what to have. Not been home long but have been online buying a new fridge freezer. Jacket could have been cooked by now. Decisions decisons. I know cook up a concoction to put on some pasta. Onion, corgette, pepper, bit of bacon that won`t take long.

Looked into syns
2 crusty rolls - 20
hot chocolate - 15
choc cake small slice - 6.

Maybe 41.

(getting weighed thursday) so 90 syns allowed for 6 days
Friday 9.1/2 today 41 so have used 50.1/2 syns in 2 days. That leaves 39.1/2 for 5 days. less than 10per day.

Today

Hexa - milk - no B

Lunch - pasta, onion, corgette, trimmed bacon, sweetcorn, pepper.
30 extra lite soft cheese - 2

Dinner
Minced beef & beans in large Jacket spud with salad.
Frozen berries & mullerlight cherry yogurt.

Cooked a little rice to go wth the berries and yogurt

If I can stick to that today I will be pleased.

Syns so far this week then including 2 for cheese today is 52.1/2 (shld be 30 for 2 days)

Hi Doreen, I'd draw a line under it and either forget about it completely and have your 15 a day, or try to be good and only have 10. Don't try to have 5 you'll only make yourself miserable.
Your syns guesstimate looks about right, but I am losing track of syns a bit now I'm calorie counting.
I'd call it a nice day out, you don't do it every day :)
 
Thanks Mandy for looking at it. I really want to lose 1lb a week and this did not feel good.

I think you are right about the 5 syns will make me miserable. May not always use them but if they are not there it is tragic. I will try amd make it 10 per day. Thank you and yes it was really good and unepected.

Sunday 5th January

Hexa - 350ml milk
hexb - 2 wholemeal bread

Brekkie
1/2 tin beans and 2 eggs on top. 3 toast (2.1/2 syns)

Lunch
2 egg omelette with 10g low fat cheese. (1.1/2) 1 pear
Down cafe for cuppa.

Dinner
Chicken thighs no skin. Greens,Potatoes & parsnip - maybe roasted.
Bisto gravy maybe - 1 syn.
Frozen red berries wth 2 cherry mullerlight.

1 muller with cherry underlay 1.1/2

Syns 6,1/2

1 bread - 2.1/2
10g cheese - 1.1/2
bisto 10g - 1 syn
Muller with underlay - 1.1/2
