Terrible eh? Find it hard not pinching the kids sweets, but did not do too bad when up there this time. Great to see the kids, had fun playing games and making things out of boxes etc.

When I got home Sunday I was really knackered and fell asleep. When I woke had dinner then sat in front of tele feeliing lonely. Then decided to go down and see if the co-op had any reduced cakes. They did ..... one cheese pastry, one choc danish and a other type of danish, so I bought the 3, then while I was in the queue I spotted the chocolate. :sigh:

I was p...d off when I weighed myself Monday morning. I knew what I was doing - what more is there to say.

I will have to work hard today and tomorrow, also I could weigh Friday I suppose.

Had a catch up on your diary, glad your scales are going the right way.
As for your friend who talks, I had a friend like that, but she moved away.

I have to be very careful when I meet up with people I have not seen for a long time and remind myself to listen. If it is a planned meeting I put an elastic band on my wrist, funny enough it does remind me.

We've all been there, and we'll all go there again.
Were they really yummy pastries? ;)
Could've done with an elastic band round her gob!!

Good morning: Spoke to my son Andy today. He lives in New zealand, lovely country. When I speak to him it is really lovely. We spoke for more than an hour. I have sky telephone line and as long as I redial before the hour is up it is free, Fantastic.
We don`t speak often enough really, the time difference makes it difficult.
I know he is happy with Julie and their 3 sons but it still hurts sometimes even after 13.1/2 years.

They all are coming over for a family wedding in July though. Lookng forward to that, have not seen them for over 3 years.

I'm really pleased for you x

Thanks Mandy, I can`t wait. Am feeling good at the moment, have been clearing out upstairs and taking stuff to the dump. You know, that stuff that might get used one day.
Not getting weighed this week because I have put on about 5lbs, the 5lbs lost over the previous 3 weeks. I wll tell a fib tomorrow and leave a message to say not well.
I feel very confident that I can have a good week. I am feelng very positive. I learnt a lesson when I cooked a pasta bake which was easy enough for 3 or 4, but ate it for lunch dinner & supper. I knew would when made it. I wasn`t hungry but it was nice, Am making lasagne tomorrow but have sorted a much small dish, probably enough for 2 only. Wish me luck.
