B: 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 1/2 tin beans & 3 toast.

L: BNS soup and 2 tomatoes

D: 2 chicken thighs, roast spud & BNS, cabbage.
Followed by melon dusted with cinnamon.

Supper: 2 bacon, wholemeal roll & tomato

tin spag bol & melon

WHAT A LOVELY DAY, GOT LOADS OF WASHING NEARLY DRY OUT ON THE LINE.


Saturday 1st March

Hexa - 350ml skimmed milk
Hexb - 2 slices wm bread

B: 1 bacon, 2eggs, 1/2 tin baked beans 2 toast coffee x 2

Snack: Banana

D: Minced beef, tin toms, onion, carrots, green pepper & oxo cubes. (1/2 for the freezer)
Boiled potatoes, cauli & cabbage.

Have made a sugar free jelly in 2 bowls with frozen berries in it.
Gonna make some more soup and cook some rice hopefully for tomorrow.


Supper at 1am Sunday. 2 ham sarnis

I love pegging washing out and seeing it on the line, I've not managed it this year yet though. I could've done today but didn't think :rolleyes:

The only reason I did was because my neighbour had hers out. It smells so nice when it comes in. It was almost all dry except t-towels.

Yes Mandy I am home for a while now. Have the children 7th April for a few days so a lady of leisure at the moment.

WI`s mmmm not to good at the moment unfortunately. For the month of Feb put on 1/2. Mainly dueto the fact that I ate the goodies in kids cupboard, replaced them then ate the replacments. :eek:. Put on 5lbs --- nobody could believe 5lbs can be put on in less than a week -------- of course you can.

I lost 3 last week of that 5lbs so as I say 1/2+ for Feb. So far this year lost 3lbs of the 8 or 9 that I had planned to use.

Hey, I did ask my DIL to hide the stuff in the goodie cupboard, she didn`t. When she looked she blamed my son for eating them. Hopefully next time she will move then. I think she will. Does not understand really. On my own in a
different house for a week was hard.

Anyway on it again now. Have a lot of catching up to do. :cool:

B: half sugar free jelly with banana in it. (got up late and had arranged to see my brother)

L: 1 bacon, 2 eggs, 1/2 tin baked beans 2 toast. 1 pear.

D: Mince left from yesterday with some herbs added made into lasagne.
Sauce fat free nat yogurt and egg. No cheese. 2 toms
Other half of Jelly & Banana & yog. very nice

2 ham sarnies and 2 bananas 2 coffee.

Have been playing games in arcade and it is 1am. best go to bed. Night all xxx

OMG how do you do it. I don`t really now a lot about 5:2. I gather for 5 days you eat what you like but only have 500cals on 2 of the days.

Is that right?
 
Yup :)
I find if I don't eat I don't get hungry, so I push it as long as I can and have a normalish tea, then it's over and done with.

L: Pasta bake - Lots of superfree in it.

D: Rest of pasta bake & sliced tomatoes. Mullerlight yogurt.

4 bread with philly

Can strongbow cider. Hope it helps me sleep

No answers I am afraid. If it gets too bad I take a `one a nightol` a couple of hrs b4 bedtime then I sleep better. They don`t work if taken too often.
My problem is I am falling asleep around 7pm you know kinda dozing (no I`m not dozy!!) then when it is bedtime I can`t sleep.
Lovely day here Mandy, I have been spring cleaning the downstairs and have cut the grass down a bit. It makes a difference to eating. This kind of weather it is nice not having to go to work,
I had my hair cut at 11.45 and had breakfast when I came home. Hopefully just my sausage & mash for dinner and jelly later.
Family in my area this weekend so they will be staying here Sat night and I get a little man in my bed - and his sister of course. :)

took 2 nightol last night and slept really well, got up at 8am, had breakfast, bit of housework hen back to bed at 10am, tired and headache. woke at 12.30pm. That`s Nightol for you. small lunch now then make some more soup. Wonder what time I will go to bed tonight and will I sleep??


Thursday 6th March

hexa - milk............hexb 2 bread

b: 2 eggs large mushroom 2 toast

l: frozen fruit in 1/2 jelly & mullerlight

d: BNS soup with wm roll (made a change )
2 x sainsbury 1/4lb beefburger with boiled spuds. pickled onions baby beets & tomatoes.

Other half of Jelly & fruit with mullerlight

1 banana.

Before bed. 3 small slices of ham and oniob.
