L; Ham and pickle sandwich with oat bread ( which has given me belly ache) Using one as h/e tho probably shouldn`t, There was butter scraped on it as I forgot to say none.
Anyway 6 for the bread, 1 for the pickle, 2 for low fat spread. (9)

D: Pork chop, boiled spud processed peas. Followed by fruit & yog

Zumba for 3/4 of an hour

L: BNS soup. scrambled egg with mushroom and a banana.

D: Pork, peppers, onion & mushroom with pasta and philli lite garlic & herbs.

Possibly fruit & yogurt later.

Have had Faye & Flynn for the weekend. Apart from that I have had a bit of stress, mostly self induced but bad nonetheless. May catch up on it later.

Have been away to my Sister. Ate pretty good until I got home on Tuesday then ate 3 cakes after dinner.
