Thanks for that both of you. I did have a good day. My youngest son stayed last night which was great and we have just been to the cafe so I could buy him breakfast before he goes home.

SATURDAY 8TH JUNE EXTRA EASY.

hexa 230ml skimmed milk 2 laughing cow triangles
hexb 4 ryvita dark rye

BREAKFAST in cafe

Tinned toms F
lean bacon x 2 F
1 egg cooked on hot plate 1/2 syn
mushrooms boiled F
2 slices of medium white bread 9 syns

Total for breakfast 9 1/2 syns. Not too bad.

LUNCH

4 Ryvita dark rye n/e Had 1 more 1 1/2 syns
2 traingle cheese lite.
2 bananas
1 mullerlight.

TOTAL SO FAR 11 SYNS

DINNER

4 light choice sausages (must be used today) 2 syns
roasted with frylight, butternut squash, carrots, corgette, onion, toms.

Total SYNS FOR TODAY 13.......... WHOOO no more

Have some seafood sticks to use up so will have them at some point and a pear or two.
Not having seafood sticks, had pear strawberries and mullerlight.

It was a good day. We enjoyed our breakfast together. We don`t get much time together.
Enjoyed my food today. Trying to sort out for tomorrow. Chicken and Chirizo sausage in the plan somewhere. Looking to a red day so can have little more cheese.
Put some new plants in the garden. That`s my body magic for the day.
 
I do like reading your posts, you inspire me to get organised.
I've been in the garden too, I put some gravel down for my mum and did a bit of pottering in my own garden. I feel so much happier when I can get outdoors. I found a small yellow standard rose that I've put in a pot, it looks really pretty.
 
That`s lovely Mandy. The plants which are perenial ( last more than 1 year. The guy in the garden centre told me. I was not sure) anyway they look so pretty cause I usually buy the ones with flowers that I may buy some more later. Only £1.99 each buy 4 get another free.
First tho I am going to go to Wickes and see if I can buy a small bag of sand and cement because I have noticed lots of bits than needing filling. Blast, that brick wall is costing me. Do like it though.
It looks a bit dull here, hope it don`t rain. No car mon and tues due to repair so could do it then if nec.
It is lovely when you can potter.

hexb 2. 230g boiled potatoes

BREAKFAST
2 rashers bacon trimmed
2 eggs in frylight
3 grilled tomatoes
several mushrooms cooked in water
1 lt choice sausage (1/2 )

LUNCH

cooked chicken pieces from Iceland F
sliced courgette, onions, peppers.
all kinda stirfried together
25g chirizo sausage slices (1.1/2 syns)
Followed by a pear & mullerlight.

TOTAL SO FAR 2.SYNS

DINNER (PLANNING)

2 chicken thighs with piri piri flakes sprinkled on before cooking.
brocolli, carrot/swede mixed together
cauliflower.
Boiled potatoes 230g h/e
2 pears mullerlight

Later probably a ryvita or 2 with cheese. Decide later

When I have eaten lunch I am going to get some more plants. Tomorrow when I have no car I am going to fill some bits in the garden. Just bought a pack sand/cement mix. Also some patio cleaner. Hope we don`t get any rain before Tuesday. BUSY BUSY

Good morning everyone. Made a booboo last night. Went on the computer reading diaries and went to the cupboard and took out a couple of ryvita and munched whilst reading. Big mistake. Got up and had another 4. They were gone so quick, so thought I would have another. There were 4left do took them. Ate them. 10 ryvita!! 15 syns!! The only saving grace was I had stopped my day at 8 syns. So total for the day 23syns. Could have been worse. At least I knew how many. Pkt empty now. The last time I had ryvita I did the same. Buy no more. Was going to pop to a club and get scan bran but Oh Dear, no car till Wed. Never mind. Try less syns till wi Friday.

MONDAY JUNE 10TH RED DAY

Hexa 350 ml skimmed milk.


Hexb 2 slices wm bread.
Hexb 230g boiled potato with skins

Breakfast
Bacon sarni with brother. Lean bacon. Bread h/e+ 2.1/2 syns for xtra bread
Had breakfast 7.30. It`s now 11.35 and am hungry. Too early for lunch so
2 pears and a coffee.

LUNCH
chicken pieces Iceland cooked.
corgette, onion, mushroom, tomato, peppers (same as yesterday)
soy sauce. stir fried.
Chrizo 25g (1.1/2 syns)
Fresh pineapple chunks
1 pear afterwards.

DINNER
Lean mince
onion oxo
230g spud
brocolli,
carrot/swede mashed together pepper
probably 10g bisto powder to thicken (1 syn)

4pears.

Syns
bread 2.1/2
bisto 1
Chirizo 1.1/2
5 so far

Hey, there's worse things to pig out on.
Which ryvita do you recommend?
I can never decide, so usually don't bother buying any!
 
I like most of them, I have been buying dark rye, mostly because they were dark like scan bran and are 1.1/2 syns. Some are more. I particular like fruit crunch but they are 2 1/2 ea. Don`t think I could have them in the house. Sesame seed are nice for 1.1/2. I like those second to fruit crunch.
I might try again in a couple of weeks. They are good for red days cause you get 75g philli for a hexa.
Oh they also do a sweet onion for 2 syns and am told they are smashing with cheese on. Not tried myself but sound good.

T monday was lovely and lunch.
The sausage is planned for tomorrow.After that got to think freezer. Going to Haverhill wed when car comes back to help daughter in law empty loft etc for a couple o days. They moving soon. Will mostly take my own. Don`t know if I will be back for wi for friday. The only morning one up there is wed 9.30. Won`t get there in time. Ah having said that there is one near me on Saturday morning, should be back for that.
Glad the pie and mash shop up there is on holiday.
Also glad to be seeing the grand kids. x
 
As going to see grandkids wed no diary after today. Will write it down and put on here on return.
 
I`m back, 2 very busy days. Did not go to weigh in today as was aching so much all over from the sorting in preparation for sons move to new house in 4 weeks. Smaller house so lots to get rid of. Lots of body magic, but spoilt when god home thursday evening. More on that shortly.

OMG have just been looking at my slimming books and noticed that wholegrain bread is synned.
I have had wholegrain bread all week. :cry: Bought it cause it was cheap. Oh well can`t do anything about it now. It just did not register. I have a couple of slices left in the freezer of wholemeal so will use that in the morning. Rest of wholegrain to go to the ducks. It`s an ill wind as they say.


Cheer up Dor it`s not the end of the world. :d'oh:

I really wouldn't worry about the bread, it sounds like you've worked it off!!


Unfortunately Mandy I didn`t work it off. I put ON 1/2 lb. Can`t even blame it on excess water this time.

Got up with the children and made cookies with them. No didn`t eat any. They will be going home after birthday tea, and went to cafe a while ago for Daddy day breakfast. One of his pressies was a box of sweets, I had one.

Still upset by that 1/2lb tho. Must be doing something wrong. Wholemeal is 2 syns per slice so is wholegrain:wave_cry:

Just got home, glad I had dinner early, all I had while out was nas drinks, few grapes and a strawberry.
Now going to have the scan bran with banana & mullerlight (5syns)
also had melon & tesco free yog at home

10 1/2 syns today. Gonna have a coffee with scan bran, take a quick look to see what happened to tennis then early night I expect. Am very tired.

Forgot that had around 12 little cheese biscuits. not enough for a pack but count 2 syns

I usually put my eats on my phone as I go along when out. Didn`t yesterday. Surprising difference a couple of picks make. Could have been worse if I had pickd at the rest. So ok with the syns, am confident notmi :rolleyes:ssed anything else. 7.15am Monday and still thinking about yesterdays food.
