hexb 2 sl wholemeal bread

B. 2 eggs in frylight, tomatoes, mushrooms 2 v.lean bacon
2 slices bread h/e

L 5 scan bran (5 syns)
with sliced nectarines & vanilla mullerlite

D. 2 good sized chicken thighs with piri piri flakes on them
roasted corgette, carrot, butternut, pepper
will put potatoes sliced in with veg.
roasted with above 20g chorizo sausage (3 syns) Hope it is worth it. Need to use up

Making my mouth water.

Have cooked a little rhubarb and will have as a snack at some point with yog (1 syn)

That will come to 9 syns

Going to see We Will Rock You at a theatre in London. Will have coffee before the show, will have to see what it is. Should take something with me, going at 5pm not back till about 11. Dinner will have to be early.

Great show, Had 3 slices ham and some pineapple when got home

L. bacon, very lean, tin beans 2 pears

D. Minced beef made into burgers with onion
boiled spuds, spring greens swede & carrot mixed. oxo cube
10g bisto powder to thicken.

So far 3.1/2 syns
 
Morning Doreen, how're you doing? It's my day off today and I'm planning a session in the garden tidying up. It seems to have gone mad recently and there's lots of dead heading and tying in to do, not to mention weeding and putting all the bark back where it belongs after the black birds have chucked it around!
 
Hello Mandy. I am late today.
I had a hospital appointment today, (thought I did when I got there my appointment is next Wednesday). Got there early too to get parking space so did not know for 1.1/2 hrs.
Had to get up early to go and took breakfast with me.
No gardening for me today as have been sorting out a zoo with lots of bits for my daughter in law. She wants to sell it and needed to make sure it was all there.
Did you get the garden sorted out? Very impressed. Its the cat that move all my bark. Thinkin of getting rid of as the weeks come through anyway. That is for the near future. Been asleep some of the afternoon. Must have been tired as fell asleep on the settee. I am tired a lot lately, must have some earlier nights.

D: 4 lt choice sausages (2syns) left them out of freezer so thought may as well have them for dinner.

Followed by pineapple and melon.

few cups of coffee.

TOTAL 4 SYNS. Not sure about the rest of evening. 6.15pm now. Will see

Roast BNS onions carrot pepper corgette toms & h/e potato
20g chorizo sausage (3 syns)

Have some scan bran may have this evening -

2 bananas & 5 scan bran (5 syns) had at 4.30 to early for dinner

If goes as planned 8 syns for the day

DIARY FOR FRI 21ST JUNE (ah midsummers day - what summer you may ask)

D: 2 sains 1/4lb beefburgers (2 syns)

8 1/2 syns for the day add 1 syn for 2 sugar cubes as had sugar low

11.30 - 12.15 Zumba Gold. I really enjoy this. We then went to garden centre for coffee. Had a look around. Out 2 hrs. Made a pleasant change. Now to iron the washing that is dry. Boring or what.

2 sugar cubes for sugar low while out (1syn)

1 rocky road (3syns)

D: Chicken quarter, spring greens, broc/cauli
stuffing gravy with 10g bisto powder (1syn) 10 dry stuffing (1.1/2)

Yes lets Izzy, I would love 3.1/2lbs to cover that weight loss for June thread. Would be happy for any loss though.
 
Well what a mess up Saturday turned out to be. I had had 14.1/2 syns.
Had my grandson for the evening until late. Ended up eating the sw bar he did not want 6 syns.
2 pieces of bread 5 syns. then that had butter on it 5 syns?
That turned out to be 30 1/2 syns for the day. Gosh, why did I not throw it in the bin?
Must try for no syns today. Or maybe 5 per day for rest of the week.

Not sure of plans for today

Gonna cook beef & carrot casserole. Maybe have that for dinner with veg.
I`ve had a banana. Think will make it an EE day, then can have beans or rice which is filling. Red day would be a bit restricted. See what comes

SUNDAY 23RD JUNE

B. Banana, the walk to garden centre & have tea.

L. 300g jacket spud, tin baked beans, 2 bananas.

D. Beef caserole with boiled spud mashed with parsnip
cauli & brocolli. 10g bisto powder (1 syn)

Have made a sugar free jelly with strawberries in it. Probably have that late evening with far free yogurt. (1.1/2 syns)

Now wouldn`t that be good for the day. 2.1/2 syns

Exactly why I do it on here. Don`t always know if they are being read, but I always put the truth on here. Not really sure why as I do it on the sw web site too but nobody can see that except me. Goodluck with yours
