had a Mc D's last night and now just been to the pub and had curly fries and dip for dinner. i think iv just had enough and got no motivation anymore. :(
 
Hey you!

I ate a meal out yesterday and it took me alot of will power to choose grilled fish and salad. I did eat the mash and have 1 glass of red wine. This was lunch. Then I got straight back on to dinner as prescribed! Now today I've drunk at least 3.5 ltrs or more. Been to the gym, which made me extremely hungry and have eaten 6 almonds, protein bar 137 cals, extra apple, 15 grapes, 10 sultanas, 4 extra cracker and a long machiatto! Overall feeling a little full as flushing it all down with water and the next meal is breakfast and I'm totally going to be on the right track.

You have just fitted your life into today, example your birthday the other day. So the next meal is straight back on with it. Dont think of the day as done now because the next food you give it is fixing that chemistry you created.

We are going to do this.

NO, your right, i shouldnt just think sod it, next meal is tea time and will be having propa Slimming World pasta...your right. keep me right lol.

i love halloween and we are going as a zombie american footballer and im zombie cheerleader this year, not sure how to do it yet but will have to show a little belly for the outfit so thats my next goal, get a flatter tummy for October 31st!

i wasnt too bad at weekend, could have been worse at the party and didnt drink at all also stopped myself nibbling the crisps etc as that was getting a little out of hand so if i stick to it from..right now! then shouldnt be too bad a weigh in on Wednesday........right, thats it, bad thoughts and nibbling out of the window. I will stick to it, i will feel happier and healthier and more full of energy.

Your very welcome beautiful, you have got it off your chest now and it's amazing how eating the next meal correctly will help you feel from here on in.

It's when we dwell and try to rationalise too much we get emotional and become easily off track. It's easier to get quickly back on track and all it takes is the next meal.

lol. we will do it together, you and me all the way to thiness lol

my partner....urm, well......he needs more than just a nudge. we have decided just to cut back on his naughty eating rather than him trying to do the full blown diet, so far its not going well and i keep finding evidence in his car ha ha. but my birthday is over and we have no more treat days or partys etc until his birthday in september so im starting him again from tea time, as he has same as me then. not being extreamly strict on him just cutting out certain things that he doesnt need anyway.

im also going to try and get us both to do more exercise

ha ha thanks Taz. i think my dog has the best life, he gets fed his breakfast then thats it so he never gets fat....maybe i should get an owner who feds me once and thats it lol

iv stuck Bren's motivational saying up so its staring at me now

yep, had pasta and quorn for tea followed by strawberries yum yum


trying to drink more water today, on my second glass which is nothing by your standards more is more than normal for me...but i forgot to bring my bottle to fill up , silly me.

day off tomorrow and i want to use my exercise machines that are just sitting in my bedroom collecting dust, i really want to use them so i will have to make myself, problem is there is so much other stuff to get done in the day i end up neglecting them.

hows you doing?
 
Well the gym made me over ravenous!!!!! I've eaten extra since my session this afternoon , 2 protein bars total of (285 cals), blueberries, yoghurt, cheese, extra crackers, 1/3cup of muesli... I was totally not prepared for this added hunger, pleased I have eaten healthy though no the point. Back onto the next meal which will be breakfast and I'm going to try and do the gym closer to my dinner time and have a protein bar and coffee straight after my session and come home and do sudoku! this will keep me occupied.

Hope I haven't jeopardized my results for Friday's measuring! Will post more tomorrow I think and reread my goals.

hoping to Join FFF team if they agree to have me and Nicky so this should give me a little boost as well.

feeling a bit sick today but still managed to have 9 cups of water while at work (they are only the little plastic ones that come with the water machine) not loads but at least 6 more than normal as i have been really slack with the water since i had to move rooms and no longer sit next to it
