Need somebody & general chit chat

been eating ice cream and cookies cos i feel poo. i know its no excuse but thats just the way it is, all in my belly now so not a lot i can do about it.

How's the new tat!

I'm back at work this week and have had a few stresses so haven't been posting much. Bought a new dress I'll post a pic soon. I've been really slack with the water and think this is also why I dont feel skinny.

Going away for the weekend and will have no probs with guzzling the water down. It's my wedding anniversary today, 4 yrs and we are going on a road trip.

we all have bad times and work stresses are easy to sink under. you have done soooo well all this time so dont beat yourself up too much with a small not drinking so much water glitch.

just going out with the girls and trying to get my head back into the diet and get motivated. iv had an un offical week off lol

iv had another disasterous weekend as far as SW goes. i shall gve you an example, this morning for breakfast i had:-

2 roses chocolates (thats the wholebox i have eaten to myself now)
6 ***** choc and raspberry cookies
half a bag of chc rasins.

hummmmm

i want to go to the gym or do something more exersing and im thinking of giving up going to SW. i would like to go this week and looses 1 so that im actually in target then if i came back to get weighed i wouldnt have to pay cos as the minute im not in target....but currently im 2 over and cant see me loosin 3 in 2 days!

mum wants to go swimming on wednesday days as im off, which i suggested before to her, so was thinking of looking into joining the leisure world gym again and going straight from work. but would i? i woudl have to go straight from work cos if i went home i wouldnt go at all.
no point in me saying i will do half hour on cross trainer at home cos i know i wont. im getting my double chin back and creaping my way back upto 12 stone when i want to be 11 stone.

going and getting weighed doent seem to have the same effect on me. dont seem to care if i put on and people know so it doesnt shame me into being good.

i dont know, any suggestions?
 
:( Im fed up and need some advice, im sticking to the slimming world i even did a 10 mile bike ride yday but ive gained i dont understand, my bf the same we are sticking religiously to the diet and its really upsetting when your going up i cant stand 12s its depressing ;'( im starting to feel like i want to go back to cambridge just to get out of this damn 12's or does anyone know a quick 3 day challenge, im trying the success express but i feel just eating isnt helping me loose :'( what was it like when people first joined baring in mind i did vlcd right up to the start :( i need some hopeeeeeeeeee :'( xx
 
SG, are you eating enough? have you taken your food diaries to your group leader to see if you are doing something wrong. try to cut out bread as much as you can.

wish i was a 12 :(
