Nefertari's journey to lose 130lbs

What about putting a bit of cottage cheese in it with the egg mix before you fry it? Cottage cheese is made from skimmed milk, I'm pretty sure it's allowed. I really reccomend the pastry-free quiche! Beat up the eggs with a dollop of cottage cheese, maybe a few spinach leaves or red pepper, and instead of frying it but it in a lasagne dish and bake it for half a hour. It just makes a change from omelette.

I'll be interested to hear what you think of the bars, and which ones you like best. Glad you got a praline bar to try. It was probably something like you had already selected 28 and they will only let you buy one bar per day.
 
Really want to try the milk chcolate, honey, and nougat bar now. That sounds yum! Might order a week's worth as a treat since I am having a chocolate free Valentine's Day!
 
It was because they don't have enough left to put them 'live' whatever that means. I'm getting one anyway so I'm happy!

Just went for boiled eggs in the end. Couldn't be bothered to go into omelette territory! Maybe next time!

I take it you didn't like the oatmeal then? On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being vile, how bad was it?
Did you have lettuce with the boiled eggs?

Then I'm with Caz, I reackon you'll give oatmeal a 9-10 out of 10 for vileness.

If you like parsnips why not make parnsip 'chips' instead of swede? I had swede 'chips' and a dry-fried egg, with a spag bol pack on the side this evening. It helps break up the boredom if you mix it up a wee bit I find.

Did you try/like the macaroni cheese at all?
 
Yup, stay away from parsnips! Swede is around 24 cals and 5g of carbs for 100g, parnsips are 64 cals and 13g carbs for the same amount!
 
You're both right....no parsnips and celery but not celeraic (only had that once, in a soup). I love the way they say "Swede (flesh only)"! Who on earth would want to eat the skin. I do like the swede chips but I have yet to try the cauliflower 'rice'.

Got a lovely card with lots of woof today. Hope you both have a nice time at Nandos, you deserve a treat. We're putting the pup with the neighbours and going to an Italian but I know they do a very nice chicken salad and hopefully a litre bottle of water - hate anything smaller!

Decided I definitely prefer the praline bar to the trufa (milk one, didn't try the dark). It really has the edge.

F - I got a lovely card and tickets to see 'The Woman in Black' at the theatre on Monday night. So excited!!! I'm so spoiled :D

Knackered today - spent all day at Uni again and had no time for a pack since this morning so I'm absolutely empty and exhausted due to lugging heavy books home!
 
How on earth do you go all day without anything? Can't you nibble a bar when you are walking????? Can't get my head round how you do that. No wonder you're dropping a lb a day almost!

Are you off out this evening or are you not going out to Nandos until Sat? Seen Woman in Black. Very good.
 
Not going until Sat night (after WI so I have a week to lose as much as I can!) - my OH his working lates tonight and tomorrow so no time anyway!

I literally don't have time to nibble as I'm rushing to my next class. I'm not hungry - just feel empty!

Haha I thought the same night-owl, flesh only was slightly obvious! I'm considering trying cauliflower rice tonight with a curry pack and chicken.
