I bet it will be ages before I drop a size yet! Damn my big hips!
 
I'm the same at the moment, 18s fit but won't quite do up. Damn hips!!

I solve the problem by just wearing elasticated leggings at the moment, size large. No idea what size I am right now. All I know is all my trousers are too small as I got rid of my bigger sizes coz I was never going to go up again! Doh!

GOOD NEWS!!!!!! We are getting a puppy!!!!!! Tomorrow! Yay!!!!!! Cocker spaniel! :doggy::doggy::doggy:Calling him Campbell!

A lie-in (8am) is what I'm having tomorrow! Day off! Whoooooooooop! I'm going to get lots of work done for Uni though.

My planned evening off the diet is fast approaching. It was meant to be Valentine's night but moving it to Saturday night so that I have a whole week to undo any 'damage'. I'd made a pact with myself that I would cancel the night off if I thought I'd struggle to get back onto the diet but I really feel that I will get right back on plan. The thought that I could have been at goal by now if I had just got right back on the diet after 'treats' and slip-ups is imprinted on my brain and that is driving me forward. I have Egypt to focus on and after that a summer holiday to Majorca - I WILL be wearing my beautiful size 14 maxi dress!

My plan for the night off is to have my packs as normal in the morning and at lunchtime (easy because I'm at work all day), and then our romantic Valentine's meal in the evening. No alcohol (not a drinker), just water and perhaps a Coke Zero in the evening. The next day, it's right back on plan (easy again because I'm at work all day). I think if there is any gain, it will be gone and some more by WI the following Saturday.

This is a real test for me. I want to show that I can do it, and that I am in control this time. I know there are people who will say that I shouldn't have a night off but the key to success in any diet is allowing yourself a treat OCCASIONALLY. This is the rule I'm going to follow when I'm maintaining so why not get a little practice in now?

I won't ask you to wish me luck because I know I will do it. I feel so in control this time, it's amazing :D
 
Oh I know you will do it alright. We're going out Thursday evening and I will just have a normal S&S day and have a chicken salad as my protein meal. Not any great hardship. Might have to have a bite of his garlic bread if he's having it though!

I don't really have the legs for my large size leggings, I have fat knees, I justt wear them anyway because I like not having to struggle with a zip!

Still coming down from a high. Got Campbell. He's so cute and so far so very good!

Welcome Siaana! Great to have you on here! Day 26 for me - never thought I'd get this far without falling off the wagon!

I don't think a bite of garlic bread will kill you, F - my OH loves the stuff but I'm not so keen. We're going to Nandos so chicken is on the menu which is great!

Going to attempt to make an omelette today. I'm really not much of a cook to be honest! I'm going to have it at lunchtime as Mike is on lates so I'd like to save a shake for when he comes home and has his dinner - it's a long day but I don't want to eat actual food that late at night! Heartburn!

I'm ordering my S&S pack tomorrow! Exciting! Looking forward to trying some of the bars and being on all S&S products instead of mixing it with Tesco bars and Exante shakes! It means I can actually start using the meal planner!
 
So no Garlic peri-peri chicken for you then? Never been to a Nandos! had to google it LOL!!
Have they got the Praline bars in yet? And the cookies and cream shakes for you? Hope so. Will check out the Meal Planner thingy. I have never bothered before as the one reason I am doing a vlcd is so I DON'T have to plan meals! In fact, I reckon they should call it a Pack Planner! That has more of a ring to it!

Good luck with the omelette. Is it just a plain one you are making? I always throw a bit of something allowable in just to cheer it up a bit, otherwise it feels like just having scrambled egg!

Never thought I'd ever be so delighted to be standing my garden in my dressing gown at 7am on a February morning but Campbell had a need and woke me up with his whimpering. Toilet trained from day one, how amazing is that!
 
Just placed my order. The praline bars were available for individual purchase but it wasn't allowing me to add one to my cart, so I went on the live chat and the lovely lady is including one in my order for me :)

So I have coming:

3 strawberry
3 raspberry
6 crispy chocolate
44 chocolate (I like the chocolate!)

7 milk chocolate truffa
7 dark chocolate truffa
4 milk chocolate, honey and nougat
4 white chocolate coated muesli
3 maple, fruit and almonds
3 lemon yoghurt and white chocolate

I'm so excited! She even amended my order for me so it would arrive Friday instead of tomorrow (as I'm not home) so that I could order now instead of tonight :D
