Stay away from masala -- it's a cream sauce. 'Dry' chicken tikka (pieces) or tandoori chicken (on the bone) is a lifesaver on this diet as it's available in almost all Indian restaurants and always serviced with lettuce.
Looks like I am having a Cambridge day! Had a lovely Cambridge Diet Strawberry Shake this morning. Very refreshing. So will probably stick with the theme and have Cambridge Malt Toffee bar for lunch and a Chocolate Mint Shake after my green and white meal. Feels like old time. I don't know whether someone emailed me or whether I dreamt it, delirious with the cold but I have somehow got it into my head that they won't be getting more Praline bars in for 3 weeks, so thinking of ringing my CDC and ordering a month's worth of CD as I am really missing the CD Original Porridge and Strawberry shakes. It really was just the praline bars, and the attraction of a change, that swayed me over to S&S. Think I will always be a Cambridge girl at heart. Also, I like the way you can gradually go up the plans to come off the diet and introduce more foods slowly to keep the weight off this time.
Turned a corner with this dreadful cold. Lovely sunny weather these days and the puppy is sleeping!
