Nefertari's journey to lose 130lbs

Thats what I thought too, Caz. Either way, I suppose we have to do whats best for each of us individually. Whether thats sticking to only 3 + protein meal/veg or sticking to the 4, or mixing it up to suit (both our physical needs and our budgets lol!), or even if its flip flopping between the various vlcds out there. Whatever works for you is whats best to do! x As long as you keep plugging along to your goal.... :)
 
That's right, Caz - that's what I was saying! :D I thought I'd explained it pretty clearly but then I was just rambling to myself really haha!

And night-owl - I wasn't saying I was going to eat tikka masala. I'm not that much of a dope - was saying that 'normally' that's as spicy as I can handle.
 
Fine :) Had a stonking headache this morning but took some Nurofen and it went. Been working ever since (one presentation down, one to go by Tuesday eeeek!) - I'm now shutting down the laptop and going to make a chocolate shake :)

Work tomorrow :( but the time should go fast and I have some nice tuna to look forward to when I get home.

Never did get around to seeing what packs I have in the cupboard!
 
Coconut bar?? Can't see one on Slim and Save website? There are only 6 listed -- DT truffa, MC truffa, Maple, Lemon, Museli and honey and nougat.

I know what you mean! I've only ever been 16 something once and that was 16st 13lb so only just! I'm now firmly in the 16s (16st 6lb) and actually, the 15s aren't really that far away! Somehow for the 15st something sounds a million times better than 16st something or the 19st something I started at! Maybe that's because I've never been there, nice novelty lol

What things do you and Mike do together that don't involve food?! Trying to find ways to make weekends a little more interesting (we catch up on a lot of TV series') so that we can get away from the habit of eating out which though we don't always give in to, certainly does tempt us!
