Thats what I thought too, Caz. Either way, I suppose we have to do whats best for each of us individually. Whether thats sticking to only 3 + protein meal/veg or sticking to the 4, or mixing it up to suit (both our physical needs and our budgets lol!), or even if its flip flopping between the various vlcds out there. Whatever works for you is whats best to do! x As long as you keep plugging along to your goal....
