Hello lovely, glad you're feeling happy despite the sickiness! Logging the food is definitely a good idea - I should have done that over the last couple of weeks - it would have shocked me into back onto the wagon! Looks like you're being really good, considering. I think your body is telling you what it needs so you're doing the right thing by listening to it :) xx

Your right, need to listen to my body at the moment and not freak out - I'm still exercising so that's got to count for something xx

Quick food update, have literally munched my way through the day today but did resist cake when I went to costa after work and just had a fruit tea :-D

Half a pack of ryvita thins :/

(S) big bowl of strawberries and blueberries
Danio yog

Howdy :) so today I had a nice little surprise on the scales (haven't weighed myself in 3 weeks) and was expecting a horrific gain! dont get me wrong I have gained but nowhere near like I thought :D ive been on holiday and seriously been eating like a horse the last week or so because if I dont i feel soooo sick... I think my Metabolism has super speeded up or something.

Anyway its spurred me on so im going to try hard today, my aim was more fuit and veg so thats what im aiming for:


(B1 -8.00am) marmite and spread on toast

(B2 -10.00am) 4 breakfast biscuits
2 satsumas

(L) bagel with 2 laughing cow light
Pineapple
Danio yog
5 ryvita thins

(D) Salmon stirfry with soy sauce and rice

Morning, feeling less starving today which is good (trying to chill out a bit) aiming to fill up on healthy fruit and veg rather than crap. Ive heard that I can do EE with 2 b choices and 2 a choices so this is what ill plan to do throughout.

Going to London tmrw to see a few groups at the Olympic Stadium, should be good - off plan foodwise but no alcohol :rolleyes:

Food for 2day

(B) Breakfast biscuits
bagel with laughing cow light and a salmon steak with cracked black pepper

(L) roast turkey and cous cous
Pineapple, satsumas x2 and danio
Special K crisps

(D) chicken wrapped in bacon with BBQ sauce, boiled pots and salad with beetroot and cheese

Right. Today is my last day of non slimming world - tomorrow ill be doing extra easy with an extra a and b.
I'm feeling really quesy today but did go for my first swim in over 2 months so I'm not too upset with my food.

(B) bagel with spread and jam
3 baby bel light

(L) peanut butter on toast x2
Danio peach yog

(S) walkers salt and vinegar

(D) chicken with bacon and BBQ sauce
Salad with honey and mustard dressing, beetroot

(S) might have some cherries later

40 lengths in 35 mins
