Ooops! I havent updated for nearly a week... im ok but soo tired and ive become one of those people who are moaning about the weather (I know, sorreeee) but im just so god damn hot!
Mainly been sticking to plan, managed to maintain last week.. hoping for a weeny loss this week (still up from holidays and want to get down to lowest weight before I start having to put on weight)

(B) 2 Special k bars (heb 1 and 2) danio yog (1) orange
(L) Black pepper salmon salad
pink lady and elderflower lolly (3)
2 ryvita (3) cheese spread (part hea)
(D) Quorn piece pasta bolognaise (mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, ham) with loads of cheese (hea 1 and 2)
