I did, just a basic quiche with no crust. Was nice :) starving now and an hour till I can get to work and eat xx
 
So tired and hungry, don't really have anything here to eat unless I have a piece of toast to tide me over until I get to work and have my golden crunch.. May have to do that.

(L) quiche, cous cous (2) and salad
velvet crunch (4)
Handful of nuts and rasins (4)

(D) sausages!!!!! (2) jacket pot, beans, cheese (hea) and salad (2)

Ooops! I havent updated for nearly a week... im ok but soo tired and ive become one of those people who are moaning about the weather (I know, sorreeee) but im just so god damn hot!

Mainly been sticking to plan, managed to maintain last week.. hoping for a weeny loss this week (still up from holidays and want to get down to lowest weight before I start having to put on weight)


Food: Extra Easy (extra A and B)

(B) 2 Special k bars (heb 1 and 2) danio yog (1) orange

(L) Black pepper salmon salad
pink lady and elderflower lolly (3)
2 ryvita (3) cheese spread (part hea)

(D) Quorn piece pasta bolognaise (mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, ham) with loads of cheese (hea 1 and 2)
