Hey :-D thank you, def need you to keep your fingers crossed for weight loss this week. I've been so hungry today and have had to eat pretty constantly.... I was unprepared when I got in and ended up eating too many crisps :/

Hmmmm, scales were really horrible to me this morning finding it hard as I have tummy probs at the moment and fancying all the wrong things.. I have been doing a lot of exercise with the dog walking and cycling to and from my sisters so I didn't feel as if I'd gained on the scales - booooo!
So lets try a good Extra easy day and see what the scales say tmrw :-D
