Put on 2.5lbs actually can't believe it!!! :( don't think it's deserved either, thought I had a good week
 
Am trying to get straight back on the wagon after last nights dissapointment (binge ate after gain at weigh in) :cry:

Green Day:

(B) Belvita (11) Lots of teas throughout the day (HEA)
(L) Naked noodles (5.5) satsumas,
(S) fruit pastel lolly (3)
(D) Jacket pot with heinz spagetti and cheese (HEA2) lettuce leaves
(S) 2 Hifi rocky road (HEB) skinny vanilla latte (extra hea instead of heb2...!!????)

Went for a 50 minute walk at lunch time and will prob do some sort of exercise later although meeting a frienmd after work for coffee (I will have tea) so will see what tyime I get in.

I will be doing extra easy again from tmrw, just needed a day where I dont havr to think about having superfree with every meal (I am really not the most organised person)

Having another extra easy day today, have been drinking water from a bottle today and have already had 3 litres, is this normal!? I imagine I will have another 2 litres at the very least today and dont feel im drinking any more than I usually do... bit worried im over drinking on a daily basis if there is such thing

(P) Going to try to make the syn free fruit roulade and if I have a slice tonight I will have 1 syn as using 2 white choc option sachets

Ended up only using 1 option sachet so divide 2 syns by 4 = 0.5 for a slice :)

Fish finger sarnie was delish and just what I fancied - ended up having 4 but was tasty and worth the syns :)

(D) 1.5 chicken breasts in colmans season and shake BBQ - broccali and cauliflower
(S) roulade (0.5) hot choc (2)

Watching the biggest looser USA and feeling inspired they have lost so much weight and the girls look amazing.
