Have been completely off plan today. It's boyfs birthday and I ended up having a half day at work (finished at 1) then went and played golf with him after a trip to McDonald's! Going out for a few drinks tonight and the plan is to go for a curry after. Am only counting out of interest going to have what I want today and get back on track tomorrow.

Trying to get back on plan today, last night we had a curry and it was worth every syn (not that I know how many syns were in it) I do feel a bit rubbish today though from all the naughty food and drink, have horrible indegestion that I cant get rid of :confused:

(S) Special k bar (heb tweak)

Really struggling today, just want to eat chocolate! I guess today is EE but havent really had superfree, not prepared at all.
Also just been confirmed today that we are going to spend the weekend with boyfs mum which means im not in control of my food which looks like i will be having a gain this week :-( fed up

(D) Going to Nandos and aim to be good and have the follwing: chicken (no skin) spicy rice (2.5) corn on cob, side salad and maybe frozen yog (4.5)

Went to nandos and had the butterfly chicken (3.5) spicy rice (2.5) and side salad. It was really nice. Just came back and ate 2 special k bars (9) now don't want to eat any more tonight as really eating for the sake of it.

19 syns today!!!

Another off plan day today. Colleague leaving to have a baby and lunch planned for her and her waters broke at lunch!!!! all stressful and emotional .

Feeling much more positive today which is strange for a Monday!? :confused: not weighing tonight as going to give a group a go near work on Thursday lunchtime with one of my collegues, im hoping if im very good this week I may get a teeny loss on Thursday.
