Happy with today, just about to get in to bed so no more food is going to fall in to my mouth, I'm under on syns and I've swam 50 lengths this evening :)

Well done on the 50 lengths - you're making me want a swim will have to fit one in soon when the gym novelty wears off! ;)
 
Friday!!!! :happy036: I need this weekend!

Tempted to go out for drinks tommorow but should probably just stay in and chill, will see how that goes.

Food: Green

(B) Nutri grain (8) pea and ham soup (2)

(L) LM sausages, low low (hea) pitta (heb) beetroot
muller greek lemon (0.5) need to get my hands on some fruit

(S) 30G of All bran golden crunch (heb2)

(D) Bean chili, rice, wedges and cheese (hea2)

Planned exercise: 2x 20 min bike rides
May try and force boyf in to a walk later

Thanks :) swimmings great isn't it, gives you time to think and is the best exercise for me to tone up all over.

That's impressive! I did 30 (just!) the first time I went but it took me 1 1/2 hours. Last time I did 36 in an hour so definitely getting faster hehe ;)

Spinning today for me, I don't enjoy it as much as swimming but it sure burns those calories and you get a massive adrenaline rush from it!

I think your doing amazing spinning - it really scares me!! ;)

I can do 50 lengths in 40 minutes which I'm pretty impressed with, maybe my pool is smaller though as I'm not particular fast and only do breast stroke, quite often have people speeding past me doing front crawl xx
 
Had a lovely day so far. Boyf is on a course from 10 - 4 so went for an hour and a half walk with my lovely friend, it's a nice sunny day here so was really nice to be outdoors.

Came back and had sausage sandwiches and tea and a good old chat. Been to see my nan and my dad and had more tea, resisted cookies that my dad literally shoved in my face!

Now trying to motivate myself in to cleaning the bathroom (pure hatred for this task) literally would rather do anything than this :/ will reward myself with another cuppa when it's done.

May or may not go for a couple of drinks this evening, will see how Boyf feels when he gets back x

I'm so tired this evening, laying on the sofa and no intention of moving - decided to have a Thai green curry which is coming up as 12 syns on EE just going to go for it, it's within my calories for the day so not too distraught. :)
 
Sunday - not sure what we are doing today, need to buy a car as outs died a few weeks ago. I also need to do some exercise and my homework needs some serious attention.

Hope to go for a bike ride, if not will go swimming at 5.

I'm the slowest in the slow lane haha! I get people doing breaststroke passing me, it's a bit embarrassing! x
