Another bit of news from my day: I have been searching for the new lemon flavour alpen lights for ages, (i do this with new releases and can't rest until I've found them, saddo) started to get really frustrated I've been everywhere in Cambridge and cant find a single pack in the whole city! But then lovely Work colleague text me to say she's got me a packet from the little town she lives in just outside camb and will bring them in tmrw, in really excited!!! Lemon hifi was my favourite before they discontinued them, hope the alpen ones are as good :p

STS this week for me, here goes another week - would like to lose 2lbs.

(B) 2 Alpen light lemon drizzle (heb)

(L) Chicken, ham, egg, beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, toms and feta (hea) salad cream (2)

I have so much college work to do by Saturday morning, really need to get my head down this evening but could also really do with a swim. Will see how I get on.

Well done on STS! SW head on and you CAN get a couple of pounds off next week.

Just make sure you don't forget to eat and drink properly while doing your college work though! Sometimes it's easy to get 'tunnel vision' and concentrate on work that you forget to eat/drink.

How was the lemon alpen lights?! Xx

Just need to find my loser head again, funny to think I was terrified I would never be able to maintain when I'd got to target, I'm not worried about that anymore as I've pretty much maintained my 5 stone loss for over a year. I love SW but do sometimes wonder if I should try something else for a shake up.. It's not the plan it's me! I know it works and I'm able to stick to plan during the week it's just the weekend comes along and I over indulge! Grrr

Alpen lights were really nice, also had the gammon shank you recommended, how nice!? Can't believe it's free xx
 
Gawd - tonight has been busy. Feels good though as have finished all outstanding homework entries. Didn't have time for a swim but did do 30 minutes of aerobics when I got in.

Still haven't had my mars ice cream do going to have that in a bit and watch celeb juice before bed, then it's Friday!!! :)

Not back long from college, now weekend can start :) got our new car as well which is nice as missed being able to go out and about.

I feel as if I should go swimming but I just can't be bothered, I'm so tired and have already biked to college and back in the wind (total 40 mins) Plan is have early dinner and then go to the tesco superstore!!! Yay!!

Morning everyone, had a nice sleep in this morning and only getting up now! :-o going to make breakfast and then going with my mum to see my gran :) my sisters meeting us there with her kiddies so will be good to see everyone together (minus my bro who isn't here until bank holiday weekend)

Had a bit of a crazy moment when I ate 2 kit kat chunkys back to back last night (26 syns) not stressing and letting it ruin things, I have 4 days to make things work for weigh in. Also had a little peek on the scales this morning and pleased with what I saw :)
