Another busy day today which is good as I have less time to think about food and how much I want to eat :rolleyes: went for a nice swim at lunchtime and worked up a huge appetite. Really trying to work on toneing now summers just around the corner!

Having another green day today as needed to use up the couscous i got yesterday and also want chips for tea :p


Green day:

(B) Muller vanilla yog with 15g of Allbran golden crunch (crumbs at the bottom of the box) 3 syns

************Swim - 60 lengths took 45 mins************************

(L) Cous cous, mini quiches, feta (hea)
Ryvitas (heb) and low low (hea2)
pineapple

(D) LM Sausages in pitta bread (heb2) salad, mayo (1.5) chips

Food today has been really nice, I usually prefer my red days but enjoyed the last 2 as green ones, back to red tmrw though.
Just had a bath now going to catch up on towie and made in Chelsea (yay!!) :) think I might have a hot choc as not many syns had today. X

Good time on the swimming - you're making me want to go! I have been so busy with the gym and bike that I haven't swam for ages!
