Right, need another great on plan day. Going to go for a swim at lunch, will aim to do 50 lengths rather than 60 (just a bit too much at lunch time) and got my squats to do tonight, up to 140 and they are killing! def can notice my bum has lifted though :D

Havent got time to go to Tesco and get lunch so making do with what I have in the work fridge which is the same as yesterday and means I will have chicken twice in one day... (Edit: decided not to have the chicken for lunch, just don't fancy it)

Thanks missy, I'm pleased with it - aiming for another 3lbs off next week - have lots of exercise planned so should be able to do it if I stay focused! Xx
 
I'm really beginning to feel hungry but have used all my syns plus 1 extra today and don't have anything superfree or free in apart from frozen veg, can't say I really fancy a bowl of broccoli and cauliflower! Booooooo :(

I've decided to go back to my "Saturday off plan day" looking back this is when I do the best on slimming world, when I stick to plan weigh myself on sat morning and then eat what I like for the day and get straight back on plan on Sunday morning. I feel less deprived this way and if I fancy something that isn't particularly slimming world friendly I will think to myself "ill have that Saturday"
Due to start my treatment next week so need to be in the best condition possible so I won't be going crazy with the food and drink just more relaxed.

I know this doesn't work for everyone but it has for me in the past and I'm going to give it another try. Will still post my food and keep count of cals this day to just make sure I'm not going crazy!! X

Been for a 40 min swim first thing and then to tesco, it's sunny here at the mo so we are going to make the most of it and get out there!

Food:

(B) giant custard cream and a skinny latte

(L) 2 crumpets with peanut butter

(D) Thai green curry and rice, few sw chips, half a naan bread

Exercise: 40 min swim
45 min walk
150 squats

I think off plan Saturday is a great idea - you've got enough on your plate without worrying about SW too much. Just keep yourself healthy and as chilled as you can and that should stand you in good stead. So excited for your treatment starting so soon! :D xxx

I'm going to give it a go and if it doesn't work ill try something else. Got all the drugs delivered Thursday and appointment to learn how to use them Monday morning, it's all seeming very real now :) xx
