Oh what a bummer and typical man lapping up the praise and being insensitive to your feelings. I swear sometimes they just don't have a clue! Good for you for being so positive about it and about movng forward though. I had a little smile when I read the bit about crumbling in the past, because that is exactly how I have been in the past too, and isn't it great to feel that you have cracked it at last! :D

Lol thanks Hun. Everyone always says how much she looks like me!! When I compare photos of her to me at that age we look like the same child!! Poor girl lol xx

I've been wanting to start it for a while but was worried I couldn't do it, my run was more of a jog but I did it continuous for each minute I needed to. I love how alive I feel after an exercise session!! Hoping my gym ball will arrive today. Xx

Well done on getting started.. I've been promising myself for an age now I'd start but my lazy ass hasn't got round to it.. Also with living back at home, its not so easy.. Our bath/shower is IN our kitchen at home so I need to be sure my Dad's eaten and finished out the kichten and back garden before I can shower so its a mega pain in the lardas5
