NEW: 1lb a week Challenge

Been naughty this weekend and lunch today so gonna work hard for next few days!

It's been less than a week since I injured my foot and although it's painful I've been to gym everyday and I've for back to walking from work today. So gonna walk both ways tomorrow :D

Nothing will stop me! X

Well I put myself up to 29. And was losing, so came down to 28 and since then have put on,
Spoke to leader and now trying 26 points again, see how it goes!!

Lost another 2lbs this week :) Surprised myself this week, I was given 3 easter eggs and have managed to restrict myself to only eating 1! Normally they would have disappeared in seconds :p

Don't worry about the gain Lydia...it will be off again before you know it :)
