Loads of goodies in work, choccies, biccies, etc, no doubt I will nibble something later on.

I think Xmas goodies are officially allowed as its Xmas eve eve ;) lol

Menu today looks good Mary.

Hope u and Phil have a lovely Xmas xx

Yes deffo allowed especially as it's actually Christmas Eve ... well it will be in 15mins ;)

Your Christmas day sounds lovely Mary. I somethimes wonder what it would be like to have a nice quiet one, just the two of us ... can't see it happening for a few years yet though ;) xx

Well I haven't been good, but I cant say I have been too bad, reason being was with working, although I didnt buy too many of the usual goodies for home, I was still eating goodies in work, but I made sure was well stocked up with his usual choccies that he loves. At the moment, the only chocolate we have in the house is a couple of large bars (which I will leave for Phill).

I am days today again and then nights tomorrow, then thats me off until 5th Jan :D:D I really need the break with all these extra shifts I have done, but at least I have got my 4 days TOIL to use for Mull of Kintyre in March now :D

BTW, I have deactivated my Facebook Account - I wouldn't like any of you to think I have deleted you, I haven't, just deactivated it. Main reason being is my kids being fraped - sick of looking at some of the crap that their so called mates have been putting on there the last few days, so I had a good stern word with the both of them about signing out of their account and thus avoiding this sh!t, anyway, to cut the long story short, I just deactivated it - I will probably reactivate it at a later time, but at the moment I am happy without it.

Other than that, all is well. My next door Neighbours are coming in for dinner on NYE, so I have planned the following.

Starters - duck spring rolls, salad garnish, sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Main - Beef curry, Basmati Rice, Roast Pots made with Goose Fat, 2 different chutneys, Naan bread.
Desert - Winberry Tart with cream/Ice cream.

Aperitifs - LOTS...............:D:D:D

Aw shame your kids are getting trouble on FB Mary. I think it can be a wonderful too and a great way of keeping in touch with people but it definitely has it's drawbacks too. I hope everyone's okay.

NYE dinner sounds lovely :) xx

Its their own stupid faults Jan, and the company they keep. Instead of logging out of their accounts, they leave their passwords saved into the site, allowing any Tom, Dick or Harry to access it. Nobody to blame but themselves. I am more peed off with them then the ridiculous, rude statements that appear as their status's.

Fab you've now got your days off you wanted :)
Shame you've deactivated fb but understand. It's v.silly leaving yourself logged in!

Hope you're back on it soon :) and menu looks delish for nye! xx

Oh dear :(. I must admit I leave myself logged in but then noone else uses my laptop except John now and then & DD very occasionally. Actually the whole thing is password protected so even they can't go on without my knowledge!
I think lots of people aren't careful enough - with privacy settings and everything! Let's hope they learn their lesson xx

I have re-activated myself again last night, I just thought, why should I lose my account because of their stupidity. I will be having some stern words with the pair of them though the next time I see them face to face. Not even as though they are young kids, they are 30 and 35!!! Pffft.

Had 2 slices of cheese on toast for breakie today and I am taking some chicken curry and rice to work tonight, but not sure what I will have in between yet.

The beef is on slowly cooking for the curry tomorrow, smells delish!

Nights tonight then no more work for 5 days - whoooppppeeeeeee.

Mmmmm I can almost smell the beef :) - lovely jubbly.

Have a lovely time tomorrow night and enjoy your days off :D xx

Oh forgot to mention - remember I went to that Tarot Card Reader last month, well he did tell me that there would be some money coming, a pleasing amount but not life changing - well it arrived today, Phill had a lovely amount from the Tax Man.......Very very pleased with the amount.

Oh WOW! FAB :D:D:D .... extra time in Turkey? :) ;) xx

No, fridge freezer in the sales, then save the rest.

Booked two holidays to Turkey for next year, then we are looking at a cruise or an American holiday for 2013...........time for a change.

How practical :p ... you should do something frivolous with it really! After all it's a sort of windfall - I'd be the same though

I'm surprised to hear you say you want a change from Turkey ;) xx

 a change from Turkey?!!!! Nooo?! Lol

Although a cruise would be lovely! X

I still love Turkey, and might even get a one weeker in on 2013, but I think its just time for a change and you know what they say - change is as good as a rest :)

I keep telling John that ... but he won't go :giggle: xx

It's funny but me and hubby have said back to Rhodes 2012 and then we will be trying somewhere new next!

Enjoy your 5 days off and have a great new year!
