New Beginnings

Well if you enjoyed them don't beat yourself up about it Mary :) xx

No point in beating ourselves up is there?! We are making these choices at some level aren't we?! Even though it feels like we're not and we just can't help it!! ;) :sigh: But if we ARE gonna have stuff we might as well try to enjoy it :) xx

Hey, who mentioned beating oneself up?..............:):D

Forgot to mention I am out Sunday afternoon with friends too, and thats after 4 nightshifts, Saturday being my last nightshift......if I do get online, just ignore anything I write, I probably wont be able to type anyway.

Eeeeeeerm - actually it was Tanya wasn't it, not you .. LOL!! AND I'm doing it all the time so guess I just expect everyone to be the same :D:D HaHa :)

I shall look forward to whatever you type on Sunday for a good laugh ... been there, done that ...... really embarrassing the next day too inni'?? ;) :giggle: xx

Aaahhh I assumed the   we're a sign of beating yourself up over it?! Soweeeee! :p

Any port in a storm eh Mary?? Even chocolate you don't like is better than NO chocolate :giggle: .. I'm exactly the same ;) xx

I know, I often wonder what makes us eat things we dont really like, or would never choose if there were other options!

I felt really tired this morning after my 3rd nightshift (4th and last one tonight) so when I went in, I had my usual irish coffee and got the slow cooker going for a casserole. Went to bed about 7:30 and slept more or less solidly until 14:40 - Unheard of for me.

Out of bed, and not hungry, so just had 1 cold sausage for breakfast.
D - casserole, mash, cabbage.
Brought to work, bowl of soup, 4 cream crackers, cheese and pickles. Tangerine and apple.

Back in work this morning, I really dont feel as though I have had any time off.

Out on Sunday afternoon, but before I went out I had 2 slices of bread with 2 boiled eggs. Then I drank, 4 pints of cider, 2 double amarettos, then home..........slightly drunk, I then drank, cointreau, amaretto, baileys,.........there might have been some more, but I really cant remember.

After and during the booze sesh, I can remember eating 1 slices of B+B with a spoonful of minced beef and steak, 2 doritos. Monday morning showed a grill with melted cheese, so I must have had cheese on toast too, but cant remember eating it.........:D

Food Monday.

2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of toast, but I only ate 2/3 of it, too hungover.
Lunch - B+B and leftover stew.
Dinner - Chinese chips (about 20), curry sauce, 3 spare ribs.

Snack - glass of milk and 2 digestive biscuits, 5 heroes.

Back to work today and to work I have brought.

B - Porridge.
L - Scotch Broth, 2 slices of bread, 1 yogurt, 1 apple.

D - ???

HaHaaaaaaa :giggle: .... I bet you really enjoyed the cheese on toast at the time ;)
I'm so glad I'm not the only one! :) xx

Definitely in the Christmas spirit then, Mary!! Enjoy!!

LOL!!!! I love it when you wake up the next day and mooch around and try and figure out what/if anything you ate! haha

Hope you're hangover has now gone :) x

Hangover is well gone Tanya, ready for another session haha.
I put a nice bottle of pinot grigio in the fridge to have tonight after work, as I am nights Thur and Fri - looking forward to it already.

Food yesteday ended up being pots, carrots, casserole for dinner.
Through out the day I ate 6 chocolates, so not too bad.

Food today.

B - Egg sandwich.
L - will probably buy a ham salad baguette and crisps from the sandwich van.
D - Chicken, Pots, Brussels.

I know there will be choccies brought in later, so will update later on or tomorrow.
