Oh Mary! Seems we are all struggling atm! What is it about Christmas and eating?! And then making ourselves feel guilty! Hope your doing ok x
 
Proud I didnt have the chips, but must admit, I am not trying hard at all. Set my mind on Jan 3rd as the Xmas and New Year celebrations will all be over, and we have nearly a whole year to do the same again ;)
 
Oooh just been out for a smoke with my colleague, and we both saw something bright, in the sky, travelling fast. Just googled it and apparantelly there is a meteor show last night and tonight.......scared the sh!t out of me at the time though :)

2nd of 4 nightshifts, and food slightly better today.

B - 1 slice of toast, 1 boiled egg.
D - Spam, fat free roast potatoes, peas, mushrooms, tomato ketchup, 2 slices of bread :(
T - Scotch broth.

Snacks - 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 tangerines, 1 apple. 4 Cadburys heroes.
 
Those dang heroes creep in everywhere!! ;) ... looking better hon :) xx

These Heroes are at home, so thankfully I have to be good in work.
I had my soup at 10:30 but I am craving anything right now, and usually I am fine overnight in work, and never look for anything.

I could eat a horse right now. Fighting the temptation to nip over to Asda.
 
Something in the air mary. I'm just not satisfied with my soup tonight. The chips in the canteen are ringing my name!!! Lol x
 
Needless to say i've had the 4 squares of choc i seem to be succumbing to every night in work just now :( xx
 
Spoke too soon, the quality streets have done the rounds.

I've had 2 :doh: and will save the other for tomorrow!
 
Well I'm going to polish my halo! I did 100% tfr yesterday! But it is bloody hard. Damn christmas food!

Definitely something in the air, XMAS.........why does it make us want to stuff our faces? I am happy to announce that I didnt have anything else last night, but I did feel hungry all night.

Got in this morning and I had an irish coffee and a little bit of spam that was left.

B (lunch time) - 2 boiled eggs, LF Mayo, 3 ryvita, 1 LF yogurt
D - Half a scoop of mashed potato, threw the other one and a half scoops out as Phill loaded them with salt (yeuch), lesson learned, he will add less in future, then add more to the plate, he has wayyyyyy too much salt on hsi food. I couldn't eat the pots today, tooooooo salty. 2 sausages, cabbage, onions, mushrooms.
T - 2 boiled eggs, bowl of lentil soup.

Snacks - 2 tangerines, 1 apple, 4 heroes.

There are choccies in work, but its those Thorntons ones I dont really like, so at the moment, I dont feel tempted.
 
urgh at all that salt! As I very rarely have it now when its in food my god I can taste it!

Hope work goes ok and you stay away from the choccies - just remember, you don't like em :giggle:

Choccies seem to be EVERYWHERE we turn these days!!
 
There is nothing i like, only the Thorntons, but only had the one, not interested in any more. Just enjoying my soup at the moment. :)
