I have 4 WI's, though 1st August falls on a Monday and it would cover weight loss for the last week of July so does that count as an August WI or July?

STS for me this week after a 2lb gain last week. Happy with that as it's a short week. I weighed 2 days late last week due to getting home from hols midweek and decided to have a 'relaxed' view to some foods to finish off my holiday! Back to it today with a vengeance.
