NEW Kays Salad Challenge - APRIL to SEPT

Sorry for the late update!

DATE: 19th August
2.CYCLE : Get fit
3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: Week 1 Day 2
4. PLAN: Green Day
5. WATER INTAKE: 2.5 litres
6. CARBS TODAY: sweet potato
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: 50mins brisk walking
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 9
9. SALAD: chopped carrots, cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes, stuffed flat mushroom (cheese hea and onion), chopped boiled egg and spinach. A bit of a mish mash!

Date of 20th Aug (week 1 day 3) I will have to put as holiday.. Ended up going out for meal and was just being slack.. Didn't drink enough water and went way over on my syns.

21st aug (today, I will update later)

Barely awake Kay, that's why I was doubting myself! For a lovely few minutes I was thinking that maybe today is Friday/Day 5

Ok hun no probs, its good to have you back ! :p I will make note of your day off and well done on a fab DAY 2 and hitting all your targets. There are still 4 more days till Monday, you will still have a fabby loss, just stick with it. Also if you feel you went way over, drink plenty of water hun to wash away the salts and bloat, you will do super ! :D Looking forward to your post later ;).

UPDATE - for FRI 22/08/2014 - DAY 5 OF CHALLENGE

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 5

Today is a RED day. No carbs are allowed. Your food for the day should be packed with fibre and protein only. You must have one Salad as a Maincourse in the day. Today is a Rest Day so no exercise. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 5

Today is a RED day. No carbs are allowed. Your food for the day should be packed with fibre and protein only. You must have 2 Salads, one as a Maincourse and one as a side. Today you must exercise for 1 hour. 3 Litres of water to drink min and max. 7 syns maximum.

9. Salad = lunch Quorn, tomato, cucumber, chinese leaf, pepper, onion, carrots, baby corn, Mayo

5. WATER: 2 lts NAS and 2 litres of sparkling- really thirsty today
6. CARBS = Jacket potato
7. BODY MAGIC: 0
8. Syns: 10
9. Salad = mixed leaves, onion, olives, peppers, apple and pear.

5. WATER INTAKE: 2.1 litres
6. CARBS TODAY: new baby potatoes in a lentil stew
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: 30mins walk and 15min weights
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 12 (oops!)
9. SALAD: halloumi salad (HEb) with spinach, red onion, cucumber and tomatoes and beetrooto

All my syns went on some galaxy minstrels, was in need of chocolate! X

8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 10
9. SALAD: potato, tomato (from the garden) lettuce and cucumber salad

I am late posting as we had people round for dinner last night. Cooked vegetarian Indian meal (well it was a green day) and even OH said he enjoyed it. Plenty of lentils and masses of vegetables. I skipped the red wine too. Feeling a bit smug :)
