I am thinking about joining in on the last week of the salad challenge- I could do with a little boost!
My only confusion- sorry if this has already been asked/made clear elsewhere- but what happens with HExB's? I gather no carbs on the red days with meals and limited on green/ee, but does that mean you should use your hexb for something else e.g Olive Oil or cooked fruit/nuts and syn it if you want a slice of bread or something?
Also, what about parsnips/peas/beans?! Do they have to be small quantities too?
Other than the above I think I've got it!
