Shopped for all my rabbit food today ;-) hope I get it right! X

Welcome and good luck RosiePops - as u probably know from reading this thread - this really works and think we all find it easier to stick to as we're like a team working together and reading the posts inspires us - hope u enjoy it and u have a good loss x
 
Thx Kay - reckon the only positive thing about putting on weight is that when we go on a challenge (and stick to the rules of course!) we're bound to lose lots of weight - so looking forward to getting down to biz with u!!

Me too Linda, I cant' wait to get stuck in and start seeing this weight come off, its been a long time coming, I feel like I've been off plan for ages :rolleyes:, I went through quite a low period after that, but have only just picked myself up again. We can do this hun ! :hug99:

Morning everyone :wavey:,

Hope your all well :D. I'm off out now for my walk then off to Asda to do my salad shopping, really excited about starting tomorrow. Can't wait to get started with you all and shift those pounds ! :p

For those of you starting tomorrow (apart from Rosie who is a new starter and will be doing THE GET FIT cycle), please can you just post on here for me, which cycle you are doing, TURBO or GET FIT ? If you would like more flexibility with the plan than I think GET FIT will be better . Also if you need any days off this week you can let me know as the week progresses, as and when you need it, that will be fine, the maximum allowed for the final week is 2 ;). Hope you all have a smashing Sunday, enjoy your carbs as much as you can today - hehe :D, catch you all later !

Sorry u've been low after ur gain but it's been a tough year for u - glad ur feeling more positive. As u know I've been off plan on my long break but decided I want at least 4lbs off - there it's in print now - pressure's on (but in a good way!) As u say we can all do this - it's the last salad challenge - but then I hope to do some soup ones to deal with this gain!!

I'm going for the turbo version and planning to stick to the 7 day plan - guess that's the only positive thing about a big gain and a break from SW - our motivation is sky high - hope it lasts at least a month!

I'm sticking with Get Fit thanks Kay, as it works better with family and friends eating here. I may well eat more salad in the evening but can't guarantee it, so I'll say Get Fit and anything else is a bonus. I'll need one day off thanks, I think but will confirm when I get to it. Looking forward to starting tomorrow :)

- for MON 22/09/2014 - DAY 1 OF CHALLENGE

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 1

Today is a RED day. Carbs are not allowed today. You should have one Salad as your Maincourse. Today is a Rest Day, so no exercise. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 1

Today is a RED day. Carbs are not allowed. You need to eat 2 salads in the day. One should be a side salad and one a Maincourse salad. Today is an exercise day, 1 hour minimum. 3 Litres of water to drink minimum. 7 syns maximum.

Oh dear I'll be exercising a LOT tomorrow but mainly my chatter muscles, as out for the day with my best friend, our two daughters and their babies. We'll be walking quite a bit but talking more ;
