Afternoon everyone :) I'm about to set off to group. Have a lovely lamb curry for when I come home, but stuck on what to have with it on this (red) day. Any thoughts welcome?! X
I had a chicken curry with a side salad tonight with a small portion rice - yum! Hope u enjoy yours prefer lamb to chicken too!

8. TOTAL SYNS: HEB or 6 Syns for the chicken in curry? 0.5 in v light mayo
9. SALAD 1: cheese, onion & herb omlette with salad leaves, beet, SW coleslaw, chopped parsley, chives, oregano & thyme
SALAD 2: SW Chicken Curry with 50g portion of rice & side salad of cherry toms, cucumber and red pepper

Yay ! :D Well done on a fab day 3 hun ! Your doing amazing Linda. Your salads sound delish, I love omelette with salad and your chicken curry and salad sounds like a perfect combo :p. Hope your enjoying the challenge, I'm finding its helping me get my focus back.. Well done for keeping up with the 3L's of water, your syns are on point too . Lips are sealed re group WI!
I ended up having my curry on a bed of cauliflower and broccoli- it sounds a bit odd but was really nice! I had used up my syns on cake and dressing :p another day down!!

As Thursday night is my worst night for time I've done tomorrow's salad (quorn) and bacon salad for Friday. Just need to boil some eggs to go on top :) :) :)

Well done on a fab day 3 Rosie :p, your now almost halfway through the challenge, Woohoo ! :D Well done on hitting all your targets. Your doing brill with the water intake too. I'm glad you went to Subways, its great to know that you can still go out and stick to the challenge :p. Your curry with veggies sounds yum too and I'm glad it filled you up :). Bring on day 4 yay ! Yay Suzy ! :D Well done hun. Brill day 3 (I noticed your day numbers are out of sequence, I have given you Monday off so you are on day 3, the same as us, hope this makes sense and then tomorrow will be day 4 like the rest of us :)). Well done for sticking to the challenge and meeting all the targets. Well done for planning ahead, that is key, I know your super organised and will do amazingly well this week. Hope your enjoying your salads and good luck for day 4, I know you will do super hun ! xx

4. Plan: EE (changed as I was out for the day, will do reds for next three days)
5. Water/NAS: Took 2l bottle of nas orange with us in the car and topped up my smaller bottle during day. Also had two cups of normal tea and two green teas today.
6. Carbs: SW potato wedges with dinner this evening
7. Exercise: Lots of walking round the shopping centre, went round both floors at least three times lol.
8. Total syns: White Options 2, Dairy Milk 4.5
9. SALAD: Basic salad bowl from M&S, with cooked chicken. Didn't use the french dressing.

Hey L :D, your doing amazing going out this week and sticking with this challenge ! :p Hats off to you hun, that's brill ! I'm so glad that these challenges can work when you go out too. Rosie had a subway salad today and you've done fab with your choice of M&S salad :), well done for resisting the dressing. You've done brill on achieving all your targets today with water, syns and exercise ;). Hope your enjoying the challenge so far and good luck for day 4, I know you'll do amazing ! xx
 
I have to pull out of the soup challenge. Karma found me today and I have a new job which means I won't be at home for lunch. :)

Congrats on the new job hun :), no worries you can join us at a later time, I will be running the challenge through winter ;). I hope you have a fab week next week. Good luck with your new job xx
 
UPDATE - for THURS 25/09/2014 - DAY 4 OF CHALLENGE :p

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a GREEN/EE day. A small amount of carbs are allowed with one meal only. Your other meal must be carb free and a Salad Maincourse. Today you must exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a RED day. Carbs are not allowed. You need to eat 2 Salads in the day. One should be a Side Salad and one a Maincourse Salad. Today you need to do 1 hour of exercise. 3 Litres of water to drink min and max. 7 syns maximum
