8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 7 (Protein Shake 5, Olives 1, Ex L Mayo 1)
9. SALAD: Lunch - Frittata chopped up with x2 Ryvita crispbread with philly light, and green salad, olives and cherry tom & mayo .
Dinner - Quorn Chicken Tikka pieces (marinated in ff yogurt and tandoori spice powder) with green salad and olives.
