This is what we'd be able to eat when out if Slimming World ran 'fast food' restaurants. I have never understood why they don't, I'm sure it would save the NHS billions of pounds! Delicious but nutritious.

Well done everyone, that has cheered me up immensely and tomorrow is Day Four.... here we come :)

I'm afraid I left the side down a little today - it was supposed to be a red day and it was more EE - I had carb at lunch time and I did 30 mins exercise, everything else was as it should be - do you think I should write today off Kay and go back into the challenge afresh tomorrow with an EE day, or do a red day tomorrow to make up for it??

Aww :) thanks Cheryl for all your support hun, I'm just over the moon with all the fab achievements coming in so far. Everyone is really working so hard, its terrific ! :D

It's ok smurfy hun you did a perfect Green/EE day, I will swop the days for you, so tomorrow your group is doing GREEN/EE but you make sure you have a RED day ok hun ;).

1.DATE: 2nd July
2.CYCLE : get fit
3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: 3
4. PLAN: Red
5. WATER INTAKE: struggling - still have 1 glass of water and my bedtime drink to have - I WILL get there. (It would be easy if I could include my coffee!)
6. CARBS TODAY: None
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: Rest day (packing up and moving office and shopping)
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: Lebkuchen biscuit 10 Syns. (I've had to use a generic calorie guide here, but I think it just about sneaks in)
9. SALAD: trout fillets with lamb's lettuce, chard, beetroot, pepper, baby corn, carrot, mangetout, celery, tomatoes.

Your salad looks amazing Patty ! Hun you can include 1 cup of coffee in your allowance a day will that be better for you ? xx

3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: Day 3
4. PLAN: RED
5. WATER INTAKE: Lost track but over 2litres plus green teas
6. CARBS TODAY: None
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: Walking but not all in one go, due to long hosp appt
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 7.5 1 Alpen Light bar, 3sqs Dairy Milk (about to eat those)
9. SALAD No picture today but Cheese and Ham omelette, with mushrooms, red peppers and a huge green salad, plus fresh beetroot and carrot sticks. I didn't get to eat it until late afternoon so not had much else to eat today, felt too queasy after hospital scan. Feeling a lot better now, so hopefully tomorrow will be ok for food.

I've not read everyone else's eats yet but will do in a bit. Good luck for everyone tomorrow, it seems to be going well.

8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: a slice of homemade banana bread ( may have gone over syns but the totm fairy arrived today)
9. SALAD: 2small marinated salmon fillets with lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes

UPDATE - for THURS 03/07/2014 - DAY 4 OF CHALLENGE

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a GREEN/EE day. Carbs are allowed with one meal only your other meal should be your Salad Maincourse.. Today is an exercise day, 30 mins minimum. 2 Litres of water to drink. 10 syns maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a RED day. No Carbs allowed. 2 Salads in the day, one side and one main. Today you must exercise for 1 hour. You are allowed a maximum of 7 syns today. You must drink 3 litres of water.
