4. PLAN: RED
5. WATER INTAKE: 2.5 l
6. CARBS TODAY: None
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: none
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 8
9. SALAD: Leaves, tomatoes, cheese, egg, light coleslaw, fish

WATER INTAKE: 3L (getting easier to swallow!)
CARBS: Seeds synned
BODY MAGIC: 30 mins walk - 30 mins yoga
TOTAL SYNS: 5.5 - meringue 2.5 seeds 3
SALADS:
Brunch: boiled egg, lettuce, cucumber, cherry toms, chopped oregano and basil, balsamic vinegar
Tea: lamb steak, salad leaves, mange tout, celery, beetroot, mint and balsamic vinegar

Basil - yuuuuukkkkk! Its the one thing I can't bear out of nearly all herbs, vegetables and salad things.

Lamb steaks - drool, now I am seriously craving lamb and mint sauce, thanks pal. lol. Great day for you though, you are going to have a great loss come Monday, can't wait to see how you do. Night night x
 
UPDATE - for SAT 05/07/2014 - DAY 6 OF CHALLENGE

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 6

Today is a GREEN/EE day. Carbs are allowed with one meal only your other meal should be your Salad Maincourse.. Today is an exercise day, 30 mins minimum. 2 Litres of water to drink. 10 syns maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 6

Today is a GREEN/EE day. Carbs are allowed with one meal only and must be taken with a side salad, your other meal should be a Salad Maincourse.. Today is an exercise day, 1 hour minimum. 3 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns maximum if you need them.

Oooh basil is my fave - I like to grow herbs and eat the basil leaves from the plant! Ur having a good week too - read Doreen's thread. Here's to a good Day 6 - I find it tougher to keep to low syns at the weekend but with Monday's WI looming - I'm hoping I'll stick to the plan - have a good weekend! Night, night xx

Yes we will - I'm just so grateful to Kay for setting up the challenge after my VERY poor June!! It's got me back on plan so even a few ounces will be fine as I've had carbs and all my syns plus generous salad meals - but I've been in control YAY!!

That's it Linda, like with any detox, the first few days are the hardest, but once you get past them, sticking to it becomes easier :D, glad your sailing through now. Hope we can all keep this slimming mojo for the month of July, wouldn't that be brill ? :p
