Heya, yeah I knew it was EE day hence the potatoes for breakfast and the cupcake syns. I just didn't know how many 'low carbs' was do thought one meal with carbs was the max?? Let me know what you think tho, I think I was just nervous about having too much!!
Yeah 4 litres so mad huh!! I was so thirsry such a hot and sticky day here and I was made to drink two pints today during my blood donor session so otherwise I prob would have stuck to threeI'll keep it in mind tomorrow and ditch the large bottle, it made it too easy to drink more lol!
