Hi Kay, Thanks for your reply. Please add me this week. I have read and understand the challenge. It wasn't a last minute urge to join, I did study it. Just too busy to get to your deadline in time. Hubby has already remarked about the flat tummy water languishing in the fridge ha ha Thanks for all your hard work with this challenge. I wont let you down x :)

Fab ! :D Looking forward to you posting your eats today using the TEMPLATE and also please read section 7B of the thread which I have just posted. There is also a list going around for people that want to do the challenge for a 2nd week, you don't have to add your name now but later in the week see how you feel and if you want to continue, just add your name to the list. Make sure you come on here everyday and read the updates. Good luck with the challenge, look forward to seeing your eats later ! :p

2.CYCLE : get fit
3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: 1
4. PLAN: red
5. WATER INTAKE:1.5 litres so far. Got another litre ready and some green tea
6. CARBS TODAY: none
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: 40 mins walk
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 11(soz went over by 1, will take it off tomorrow)
9. SALAD: rump steak, with mixed leaves, tomatoes, red and green pepper, cucumber, spring onion, mushrooms and gherkins

9. SALAD: Lunch - Omelette with Florette Mixed Leaf Salad / Tea - Chargrilled Chicken (skinless) with Florette Mixed Leaf Salad & Olives.

Carbs : nine
Body Magic : 1hr 15mins walking
Syns : 10syns
Salads : Tuna and egg salad
(2hard boiled eggs, tuna, cos and lambs lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, red/yellow peppers, watercress, with a drizzle of Kraft fat free dressing
Followed by an apple and a satsuma.
