Hi Anju, yep DAY 7 is a Red day on both cycles. It is one day before weigh in, so strictly no carbs hun . Well done for doing the extra red day on day 6. Your mackerel salad sounds yummy . Well done for hitting all your targets ! Drink plenty of water today it will really help. Good luck for DAY 7, looking forward to your post later .
