Well I'm very happy this morning. 3.5 off for me, which, hoorah takes me below the next stone bracket PLUS my three stone award!
I'm dead chuffed as I know TOTM is about to happen. Guess as I've really had so few carbs (even on green days) that's helped as usually the week before I am extra hungry and crave carbs.
Definitely continuing next week to get properly into the twelves

Wow amazing losses guys! Well done! I'm joining you in mad dancing - lost 2 1/2 this week! Really pleased as my average losses have been 1/2lb!

As for me I am happy to report a 4 1/4 lb loss yeh. No major achievements but getting there.
Hi Kay, It's * this week so I didn't have much hope for a big loss. I've lost 2lb this week, not worried though it's a glass half full kind of result. Much better than STS I'm going to blast it next week. That's a total of 11lbs lost on your challenge. I definitely wouldn't have lost it without your help. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Good luck with you slow cooker purchase. I will definitely find that recipe book for you. Everything is still in disarray after our house move. I will find it somewhere!! Have to order new doors today. xx

a) yes you can have your fruit as normal.
b) Snacks are fine as long as no cabs so fruit, yoghurt etc is fine or you can have your syns if you want
c) yep 2 x HeB on a green day but none on a red day unless it is dried fruit.
If this is wrong can someone please correct it.
Hi Jaffa Cake and welcome to the challenge. I see Maisie has answered your questions, so I'll just add it's a maximum of 10 syns whilst on the challenge. Most importantly, drink all your fluids, be it water or with no added sugar squash. Coffee doesn't count but green tea is great.
