new start red days

Might have to get the shops then - I enjoy snacking on them with pickled beet root and pickled onions.

Just want to give this week a good go and see how it affects my losses - good or bad. I'm using my syns on 'food' and not goodies/treats.
 
I haven't been online for a while and lost weight and gained it the usual.

I have got a holiday on the 1st August, flying to Zante and as much as I would love to be going there slim the reality is I wont be. This I have accepted and not too bothered about it, the reason I am eating healthy is because I want to be more healthier.

So this is now half way through my first week as I started on Monday, and will log in here and keep a food diary.

As well as following slimming world I am conscious that I want to eat healthier and include healthy fats in my diet as they contain fat soluable vitamins a,d,e, and k. Therefore my syns will be used for olives, olive oil, butter, coconut oil and avocado, the rest of my food will be as healthy as I can.
