I'm new to calorie counting and just looking for anyone to help me out with their ways of counting calories. I did SW and has great success a couple of years ago. But inevitably packed the pounds back on so went back to SW but have really struggled to shift weight at all.
So... New start is by the classic calorie counting... I track my calories on an app on my phone using myfitnesspal.
Any tips or advice would be great! Just a question to start, I don't do much in the way of exercise, just walking the dog etc, if you count that, do ou eat those calories burned or do you count it as lucky, and what are your methods to make up for a "bad day".
