1hr 5 mins done this morning... with an audience from my kids! Actually they were great thanks to sunshine & a pool was amazed I got so much done.

1 hour 2 minutes and 396 calories! My feet are so sore tonight. I might try the cardio workout boxing thing tomorrow. I haven't even opened it yet, but I think I'm getting fit enough for it not to kill me :8855:

Finally got my Wii set up so will be joining you all for the first time (of many hopefully ;) ) this month.

50 minutes on my fitness coach cardio workout (the boxing one). I've included the training time in that, since it's the first time I've used it. OMG. It's sooo hard.So much harder than the Wii boxing. Good fun, but I am so sweaty. Twenty minutes on it must be the equivalent of an hour on the Wii Fit. And I'm just doing the beginner stuff! Lucky Cat must be mega fit using it all the time.

Oh I'm really glad you got the cardio boxing game Maynie. I absolutely love it. It is so much more intense than the boxing on the Wii fit, but it's more like proper boxing training and you get to do hooks and uppercuts, dodging and weaving. You'll soon get used to it :D

I've been Mrs Fitness today despite the heat and have been out on a mega long walk with the dogs and have been cycling tonight too on my brand spanking new bike :D
 
Pathetic attempt this morning... woke up not fancying the wii fit again so got EA Active out of the box. Very disappointed, first of all only one strap for the band so that was out, then the male trainer's voice really annoyed me & wasn't sure on the workouts.... guess I've been enjoying the wii fit for so long!!

So just 20 mins & 164 cals burned... better than nothing I suppose! :cry:

Only managed to do 30 minutes today on my Wii fit but did other exercises as well. It's only my second day using Wii Fit but I can already feel the difference.

How is everyone getting on? I did 1 hour on the Wii Fit today.
 
Well, there's going to be no Wii fit for me this evening, I'm having a day off ;)

I've actually felt a bit under the weather today, I think I might have overdone things at the weekend as I've felt exhausted and have been aching head to foot.

I'm not beating myself up though about having a night off as I cycled to and from work and have been out for three walks with the dogs, so it's not like I haven't had any exercise.
 
Nothing wrong with having a night off Lucky Cat. Enjoy it, and I hope you feel better soon. :)

I had the day off yesterday too... thick head with cold & my ankles playing up. Aim to get some done today. x
