New WW here ....

I started the Pro Points 5 weeks ago and have lost 9lb with one week STS. I have a massive amount to lose but little by little I will get there.
The Pro Points for me doesn't feel like a diet and I am able to fit it into everyday life.

My only concern is my weight changes daily by upto 2lb and I need to get out of the habit of weighing myself 2 days before weigh day.


Starting weight: 18s 8lb
Goals:
7lb off - Check :)
1st off -
1s 7lb off -

Welcome Sweetie :) 9lbs in 5weeks is fab, slow and steady wins the race. Are you going to start a diary on here? I have one called 'Hello from UKSerena' if you would like to take a look? X
 
Welcome! I think you've answered your own question with the scales. Don't weigh yourself everyday.
i weigh myself twice a week. Once on a Monday, and then once on a friday morning to incentivise me for the weekend.
 
hey well done getting this far, sounds like your doing well :) I do think it helps to find something that works personally. Propoints never worked for me, I just find it to difficult. But I have found a diet that does work for me :) That is half the battle.

Yeah weight can change in the space of a day dependent on lots of things. I would not worry about the numbers. And long as its going down and you are seeing the results in your self and in your clothes etc its all good :)

With a healthy lifestyle it will come off and you will be making some really good new habits for maintaining the loss :)

I am hoping the weight will come off steady and then stay off. Each week at a time.
Just getting used to the forum and finding my way around.
The handy thing for ProPoints is the app, so I can account for all food at the time without forgetting anything.

Just off for a quick swim, only got an hour so won't be doing many lengths..

Only did 30 lengths. Going again today because my little boy is away. So another 30. Normally I do 60/70 on a Friday and half hour in the gym on a Thursday, its school holidays so won't be getting to the gym or swimming as much this week. Will walk more!!!

Im going away next weekend for a gig. LOADS off booze will be flowing. Just trying to work out food. Good job the girl Im going with is a WW

Will you take your food and snacks with you? I'm away from tomorrow so also been planning meals, I'm not only on WW but skint too, not a great combo! X
 
Will eat before I go and Take what I can for the next day. it will be the booze thats the biggest challenge!
Out on friday as well ....... erm heres hoping I stick to Jack Daniels and diet coke

Not had that. I like JD honey neat though. Drinking is my downfall

Mine too! I've not had a drink in nearly two weeks now and feeling so much less bloated already! X
