Today is probably my best SW day for a what seems like a long time.
Mum is home but has obviously lost a lot of ground since she broke this leg.
I am thankful that I have managed to stick to plan today. I know that I am probably in for another gain on Wednesday but at least its a start. x

The fact you stay on plan at all is an inspiration to me and a big kick up the backside when I realise I've no reason or excuse to cheat if you can do it properly with all you have going on at the moment. Keep at it :) x

Much to my surprise I lost 1lb!:D I was expecting a gain as I have only been on plan 100% for the last 2 days so I am delighted. I am still only taking it one day at a time but I have started a food diary again which is a step in the right direction. Hope everyone is having a good week. x
 
Not really been sticking to plan 100% this week, doing the extra healthy B here and there thing again. Back on track 100% today though after joining my local class last night.....well you've got to if someone is going to be looking at your food diary haven't you ;-)

Already I can see I might get a telling off for not having enough fruit and veg but if I get a loss then it doesn't matter as far as I'm concerned. Hasn't hindered me so far afterall.

Fingers crossed for a loss for both of us next week too.

Thanks Val,I am thankful for some loss as I was expecting another gain. Mum is certainly much more frail than she was, it is sad to see. x

I have only just managed to hang on to the plan today. I phoned the Mortgage company this evening and did not get the expected response. Everything seems such a battle at the moment. I ended up in tears once again and have been advised to go somewhere elso for advice. I admit to having 2 large sherries at mums which will probably take me over my daily syn allowance but at least it calmed me down a bit. My OH was so upset he said that he would go back to work but he is far from well enough to return just yet.

Surely things have just got to get better soon.
 
Managed to stay on plan today:) I have walked to work everyday bar Monday and intend to walk again tomorrow. I always seem to be in a better frame of mind after walking. I will be staying at mums friday and saturday night so will not have access to a computer after tomorrow lunchtime. I expect to suffer from 'minimins withrawl! Must go to bed now. x
 
I think that I could quite easily get addicted to SW quiche.(yum yum!) I am going to stay with mum over the weekend so may not be able to access a computer until Monday. I am trying to screw my SW head on tightly as I have a feeling that I might be tempted to stray over the weekend. Hope that everyone has a good weekend. x
 
hi jane hope it goes ok at ur mums the weekend u will def get minimins withdrawal lol, i saw on one of ur menus you had beetroot and extra light mayo have you tried cooked beetroot (no vinegar) mixed up with the mayo it's lush if you havent tried it also grated carrot with the mayo and curry powder (i used to put sultanas or raisins in as well) still can but would have to syn them, take care love val xx :)
 
Thanks Val, I will try the beetroot and mayo. Mum is still very frail but it was nice to spend some quality time with her. I have really missed coming on here. Hope that you have a good week Val. X
 
Feeling really tired today. So fed up with the long wait for a decision about funding. I have applied for another job. Not sure if it is good timing for me to start a new job but I feel better for having taken a positive step.
I have stuck to plan pretty much throughout the last week so I am hoping that it will pay of on my Wednesday WI.
One more day to go.

Thanks Gailx I am hoping that the scales will be kind to me tomorrow as they don't appear to be any different than last week. I am drinking loads of fluids today as I feel really bloated. Fingers crossed.
Have been told today that there should be a job for me here, though I am not sure that I want it after the way that we have been treated. Having said that, if it is the only option I would have to.
